All polishes are nice but very see thru with two coats. I know it's made thin so it will dry thru, but leaves some areas of your nail see thru. I think it needs a little more pigment. I still enjoy it since it stays on for seven days, then at seven days you add the top coat again for another 7 days.

nice blue gray color
Another great Essie nail color. Love the gray blue with silver color, goes on easily with the wide brush, and was opaque after 2 coats. The Essie gel nail polish is long lasting, stays shiny, and looks like a gel manicure.

Closing Night (color)
My nails never hold regular polish, but upon reading all the positive reviews I gave this Essie polish a try. I've never been able to keep a polish on more than 3 days without chipping. I'm currently on day FIVE with not one chip. Three coats of color and two coats of top coat have me sold. Gorgeous color too!

Apologies
I wanted to apologize: last week I wrote a bad review because I received the product broken, leaking and thought that the seller was not cooperative. But I just received a new one. So, perhaps a communication issue, but product is good and seller has been understanding and professional. These long wear Essie nail polish are very long lasting without damaging your nails. I would recommend.

It’s not black!
This color is like a greenish dark forest color… do they even make black in this brand?

Lovely black nail color
Although I live a good black nail polish, I am finding that the Essie nail couture is not really chip proof. I may get one extra day if not chipping than typical nail polish, but don’t believe it won’t chip. You also have to get the special top coat

Essie's pretty darn good.
This was my first order of an Essie product. Turns out I loved the clear over/under gel that you use with it, but this grey was just too dark and dull for me. Wish there were more colors to choose from.

Best lasting at home manicure!
Best lasting manicure that I've found so far. I used three coats of color, one of the Essie gel couture top coat and one coat of the seche vite top coat. I'm on day 7 with minimal wear to my manicure and that's after some hard use like moving furniture and unboxing housewares! The longest lasting manicure I've gotten with other polishes is 5 days with this kind of hard use. I'm definitely planning on purchasing more colors!
