Excellent product
OWC makes great products in general, and it is good to see them being available from Appario/ Cloudtail in India. The USB-C travel dock is a great product. I have used the previous generation of the same product extensively over the years. The only drawback I see is that the previous generation had only 30 watts pass-through power. While that sufficed for my 2018 MacBook Air, it does not meet my needs for my current 65 watt laptop. The current generation (this one) has 100 watt pass-through power delivery. There are some subtle design changes as well- +ve one : The attached cable (fixed at one end) can now be tucked inside the base itself in a recess designed specially for that. yay -ve: the cable now is much shorter than the previous generation dock. Its a minor inconvenience, just in case it makes any different to you. Overall- a great little product and a perfect travel companion (when it inevitably opens up)

Broken upon arrival
A little crazy glue fixed the top plate (which was snapped off), but that's not something you should have to do. And it was just way too inconvenient to issue a return on it.

Not happy
Fell to pieces in three parts and a screw dropped out, when I unpackaged it. Since I'm housebound and can't get to a post office to send it back. Guess I'll just have to put it down to experience.

Works great, but if you don't have a wireless keyboard ...
Works great, but if you don't have a wireless keyboard or mouse, you've already used on the USB port available. For my LCD monitor with HDMI I was unable to get a straight HDMI to HDMI cable to work correctly. The display would overscan the viewable screen and thus it wouldn't show the entire display. I found a solution though I had to buy a HDMI to DVI cable it worked great, only downside with this solution I lost my HDMI Audio.

Good enough if it was reliable
The dock is compact and nice enough and I would be happy with it. However, the base fell off, the top lifted slightly, and now it keeps disconnecting and not reconnecting. I mostly use it for charing and HDMI, and it is quite annoying but I can't imagine using it for USB drives…
