Works but not designed with safety in mind. No European or Uk plug on it ( US plug with no adaptor supplied). No CE mark on item, just a sticker with CE mark on outer box which is all in Chinese. Electronics designed for function and low cost but not safety. Probably ok for an outbuilding but not inside house - especially if you have kids.

It was a shame about the USA plug but after purchasing an adapter the alarm is excellent in warning us about intermittent power failure to the freezers. This is a very low cost and, so far, extremely reliable and loud alarm.

Comes in a battered box with some Chinese writing on the outside. No instructions. It is fitted with a foreign plug , 2 spades, needs an adapter for UK use. It needs a 9 volt battery to work. When I worked out which battery to put in, it alarmed as it was already switched on. It also comes with a double sided sticky pad if you want to stick it somewhere. It does have a red LED showing power on and when you unplug it, it emits a really loud siren noise which scared the carp out of me. It does function but isn't really a UK ready product.I paid £8.07 after discount.

The alarm will waken the dead. This device came with UK and European adaptors so, no complaints. Battery needed but I had one. So far I've no complaints as it works well. There were no UK instructions and, surprise, surprise, it was made in China! Anyway, it works well, so full marks.

Nice product and works as expected. The unit comes with an Euro/US plug which needs to be changed for UK use or used with an adaptor. The unit uses a 9V battery (not supplied) which powers the audible 120dB alarm when the power fails. The battery is enclosed inside the unit and is easily replaced without use of a screwdriver. I use it with a fridge / freezer to notify me when the power fails which could be costly if food is spoilt due to a power failure. Highly recommended product and seller.

Wrong plug for uk. Changed plug and still doesn’t work.UPDATE, used switch cleaner on the on/ off switch, now works fine.

Um auszuprobieren muss ich erst mal einen EU-Stecker an das Gerät anschliessen. Wenn es tut berichte ich nach.Tut leider nicht. Um den Stecker zu wechseln musst natürlich das Gehäuse aufgeschraubt werden. Da fiel einem der Schalter in 5 einzelteile zum Teil gebrochen entgegen. Irreparabel. Also sowas billiges habe ich noch nie gesehen.Und was soll eine Lieferung innerhalb Europa/Deutschland mit einem amerikanischen Stecker, wo man den Adapter extra dazu bestellen muss. Also echt. Was für ein bequemer Lieferant.

Sólo necesita una pila de 9V. En cuanto pierde la corriente alterna de 220V salta la alarma y se puede desconectar con un botón.

Si quieres despertar a todo el barrio cuando se te vaya la luz… cómprala. Además viene con una clavija rara , con un adaptador que no encaja con los enchufes normales redondos que tenemos en casa. Una castaña. No lo devolví por ahorrar en mi huella de carbono

Consegnato nei termini previsti in una scatolina deformata e tenuta insieme da nastro adesivo trasparente. All'interno presente foglietto piccolissimo scritto in cinese (istruzioni d'uso?); la spina non è inseribile nella presa elettrica in quanto non di tipo standard (inglese?). Reso in quanto prodotto non utilizzabile e non conforme alle specifiche elettriche di un apparecchiatura da utilizzare all'interno di una azienda.
