Thoughts: This diary is a good fit for anyone looking for quality paper and a minimalist design. However, be mindful of the size of this diary and the type of pens you use, as not all may be suitable. The length between each line is 0.7mm Pros: Quality Paper: The paper quality is more than average, especially for gel pens and fine nib fountain pens.(don't know about medium and broad nibs).(cannot write with markers as it may bleed through the back side of paper) Minimalist Design: Its simple design is perfect for those who prefer a no-frills approach. Functional Features: Comes with a magnetic lock and pen holder, which are very convenient.(inner pocket was not there) Ruled pages line length: the length between each line is 0.7mm. (I expected 0.75mm or 0.8mm) Cons: Unexpected Size: The diary was smaller than I had anticipated.(It is perfect A5 size but I wanted a bit bigger) Missing Back Pocket: There was no back pocket as described, which was disappointing.(deducting 1 star for this) Ink Limitations: Some fine tip gel and rollerball pens can leak through the pages.

Wow !!!!! I have never seen such a nice diary. The paper quality is superb. The luxurious feel and touch while holding gives a great look. I would definitely recommend this for daily use. Easy to carry and easy to handle.

Value of money? No, It's a good product in terms of presentation but the magnet is weak and the pages bleed if you use a gel pen... would recommend using a ball pen if you buy this... Overall I would say it's page quality is not considerable for the amount we are giving

First the visual appeal: The notebook looks very professional. With a soft almost leather like brown finish, just the kind of notebook I would want to pop out of the bag at a client meeting or a board meeting Next the quality: The paper is thick and does not look like it will allow ink to feather under fountain pen ink. The notch and string holding the notebook together is different - most notebooks have a vertical band. How it holds up over a longer time period is yet to be tested. I have purchased a fair share of journal books. I own a wide range of them cost, size and quality wise. Wouldn't like to spend more than 400, although I own more expensive ones. So here is my review on this one. 1. Good book. Looks classy, almost better than the expensive ones in market. 2. Magnetic closure, which is good for long term keeping. Elastic closure tend to get sticky over time. 3. Good quality paper. 4. Sleek and minimalistic. (For people who are not fan of too much colored distraction) 5. Has a elastic pen holder. 6. Worth the money considering the quality of binding (This is coming from a very thrifty shopper.)

It looks very good, simple and classy. The magnets are strong and hold the book well. Only size is smaller than my expectation, but that's ok. Delivery was prompt.
