I am glad I get to be the first person to review this product and I hope it will give other buyers confidence in ordering this battery from this seller. I have used this seller before and the product worked out very well so I had no qualms about using them again, even though there weren't any reviews yet.I am extremely pleased with both the product I received as well as with the seller CWK. The battery arrived before its expected delivery date which is always a plus. Isn't it awful when the battery in your computer doesn't work and you have to drag the cord all over the house? Ugh. The battery takes a couple of hours to charge to full capacity and usually lasts me most of the day before I have to re-charge. It fit my Asus model U52F computer perfectly and worked just like the factory battery. It is beyond me why people pay retail prices for a battery like this when the option to buy one as well performing and inexpensive as this one is easily available.Additionally, the customer service of this company is fabulous. After my product was delivered, they proactively sent me an email asking if everything was all well with the product and the email provided me with detailed information about who to contact if I had any issues (which I didn't!). I was quite surprised and pleased with that!! That so rarely happens, right?! It was extremely nice to know that they were concerned about my satisfaction with the delivery and the product. I can't tell you how many times I have had to search and search for a company's contact information; it seems as if they don't want you to find it. Not with CWK!I will absolutely order from them again when it is time for a new battery or any other product I might need..

I don't have the equipment to test this battery, but it held up fine on my flights and in general use. It is not as large as the battery that originally came with my laptop years ago, but that battery is completely nonfunctional and this one will at least last a few hours of easy use or a couple hours of streaming and heavier use. The fit was a tiny bit finicky at first on one side compared to my ASUS-brand battery, but it fits well enough and was way cheaper than an OEM replacement. A few weeks in and it hasn't failed yet nor have I seen obvious degradation (but I have not been really monitoring it)

Product might arrive on time and it's compatible with my ASUS U52F laptop, but that's about all the positives. Haven't gotten this thing to hold a charge for more than 30 minutes and it won't go above 0% on charging mode. Tried unplugging it from the laptop and re-attaching it. Doesn't work. Had the battery for less than 2 weeks. Let's see how good their customer service and refund policies are...

It is great to be able to get a battery for an older computer. My ASUS had started shutting down unexpectedly when running on battery. After some research I found the battery had gone bad. I was glad to be able to get a replacement.

Needed a new battery for my daughter's laptop. The first one I got was the wrong one. My fault, but they quickly replaced it with the proper battery and we have not had a problem since. Good customer service and a nice product...very happy.

I bought this battery a little under 5 months ago. It was working decently for a while, but not as long as you'd like. I couldn't complain and I was getting about 2 hours out of the battery before plugging in, but in the last month the battery has been getting insanely poor. I had it fully charged and then go dead in less than 15 minutes. Very disappointed in this product.
