Helps lessen my arthritis pain while I sleep
I have fibromyalgia and axial spondyloarthritis, so I'm pretty much always in some kind of pain (if it isn't one condition, it's the other). Inactivity makes the pain worsen. I ordered this pillow to try out because, being ill, I'm having a harder time staying awake than normal. All the stationary time was causing hip pain. I decided I wanted to order a body pillow to help with spinal alignment while laying down and was hopeful that this big thing would keep me from tossing and turning throughout the night, preventing a contortion act while trying to get comfortable. The price on this almost kept me from ordering it, but I bit the bullet and grabbed it along with one of the navy fleece pillowcases. So happy that I did. The filling in these is light enough that the pillow compresses some when you use it but sturdy enough to not fully lose shape - a necessity for assisting spinal alignment. I get comfortable enough to fall asleep, and I stay comfortable enough to not toss and turn through the night. I wake up in the exact position I fell asleep in. With the fleece pillowcase, it retains some body heat but still breathes. I don't get too hot cuddling it. I typically freeze, but part of why I love this pillow and covering so much is that it helps me not wake up shivering. I'm waking up with less hip pain in the mornings. It doesn't fully go away, but when you're in chronic pain, any relief you can get for yourself is wonderful. And this gives me pretty significant help. Combined with the comfy qualities of the pillow and the fleece case, I'm very glad I bought this product. Definite recommend to everyone, regardless of health status!(Additional note - the product does come with a thin cotton pillowcase, probably the same one that you can buy through the company in another listing. I might not have bought this fleece covering had I realized a pillowcase would be provided. Just be aware that one is provided, making the pillow's expense a little more reasonable)

Color dependent
I have seen this pillow case reviewed in other colors and it seems that the type of material makes a difference. So, when you are looking at reviews, make sure you are look at the photo where it notes what material each color is and read the review for that specific color. I did not realize at first that there were reviews for different colors. The navy fleece is soft as others mentioned and I love snuggling in each night. It is not as soft as I was hoping when getting something "fleece." However, the description says "lightweight" and so it is true to what is described. The pillow case doesn't fit the pillow as snug as I'd like and is loose but it it does not bother me. I think it has shrunk up a tiny bit as I've washed but still loose and not snug. I have owned this pillow case for 3 months and so far has held up to washings well.We just changed the quilt for our bed to a different color scheme and I was hoping to get the "natural" color to match but found that the reviews for that color described the fabric quite differently than my experience with the fleece. So, despite not matching, I will happily keep my Navy Lightweight Fleece.

Great upgrade for body pillow
Love this pillowcase. I purchased the pillow about 3 years ago and am happy that I upgraded it with this pillowcase. It is very soft and fits the pillow perfectly. It was also very easy to put onto the pillow because the zipper goes the length of the pillow.

Too Hot for Menopausal Women
I got the navy pillowcase because I wanted a darker color case for my pillow so I would not have to worry about the white one it came with getting any kind of stains that might not come out. It would be nice if they made a cotton/poly in a dark color because I would rather have that instead. The blue fleece tends to be too hot for a woman who has gone, or is going through, menopause. It can make nightsweats even worse. Some nights I have to put on the ceiling fan to cool off, even in the freezing winter temps. The price is a bit steep, & I think it could be easily made by someone who sews, for a lot less money. The pillowcase is well made, soft, and has washed/dried well following the exact directions. The fit is not snug and has extra space at the ends. I know some have mentioned that it is difficult to put on, but I find that if I lay the pillowcase out lengthwise on the couch completely unzipped, put the pillow between the open zippers, and gradually zip the case up over the pillow following one end to the other, it isn't hard at all.
