So far so good.
I've only used it twice so far. The first time, my mom accidently opened one of my plastic bags upside down when it already had a resealable opening. I thought to myself, hmmm will this work on that, and it did!The second time was on a bag of chips. It might be a leaning curve for me, but air was still in the bag, not sure if I'm supposed to squeeze all the air out or not before using. The directions didn't specifically mention that. I saw that some people simply clamped down on the bag with the device, I glided mine over the opening of the bags. It seemed to work well. We shall see.Will they keep my chips fresh for a longer period of time?I have a habit of buying new flavored chips without finishing bags that I already have. Same with cereal, but usually I can get through cereal pretty fast.I'm excited to play with this a little more and see how this works. I will try using it on different products and try squeezing the air out next time. I'm not sure it I have to simply pull it apart when I reopen it or will I have to cut it. Another thing I will have to figure out.

It works okay, just be careful not to burn a hole in your bags
This works okay, I don’t like the way I have to switch to temperature back-and-forth not to over burn my packaging that I’m re-sealing I feel like it should have had more specific settings for the product that you were attempting to seal closed maybe I just need to buy something more professional

Doesn't Seal...
Doesn't seal! I purchased it months ago I wasn't able to try it. Now that I tried because I need it, it doesn't seal and I cannot return it! So frustrating. 😔
