My boys are happy
My boys are happy with their Psp cases. They hold the psp 3000 and at least 4 games. Durable enough for the backpack.

Playtech is a company I trust for good cases and good deals/packages.
*UPDATE TO REVIEW: This case has proven a lot tougher than even I've expected. It has withstood 4 car door slam and someone landing on it from about a foot off the ground (all accidents, I assure you). The PSP was not damaged one bit, nor the games that were also packed inside*Well, just to qualify a few things first, I actually got my black playtech psp case as a pack from Ross: Dress for Less for $8.99. It included a screen protector, 4 UMD protectors, cleaning rag, a usb/charger cable, and car adapter. So the package I got is a little different from the one that seems to be advertised here. That said, the actual case seems to be the same as mine according to this picture and product description. These are model-universa casesl (just in case you happen to be a parent or anyone in general that does not know there are several models of PSPs out, now) and I use it to keep my PSP 1001 safe (the thicker model).Things I love:1. It fits in the pocket nicely...let alone backpacks, bags, etc. It doesn't add too much bulk to the PSP. It's no ipod for sure, but I can slip it comfortably in my inside suit or coat pockets with ease and virtually no bulges. It's not going to fit in the usual jean back/side pockets, though. In addition, it virtually adds no weight - so the weight completely depends on the PSP (my psp system, again, is the 1001 model so it is a little heavier than the more recent models).2. I can fit games easy in the inside "net pocket" on the "ceiling" of the case. There's a good amount of leeway, so it doesn't scratch the system. Mine can hold 2 extra games in the net safely. But I'm sure it's only because my PSP is the thicker 1001 model (hence takes up a little more space). But for the the slimmer, more contemporary models, I have no doubt it can hold 4 (in fact the previous reviewer mentioned it could).3. The PSP fits snuggly inside (which is why it's pretty streamlined enough for many pockets). It really is form fitted. It's tight enough to make sure it doesn't rock around, but not so tight to bend or damage anything. There's even elastic straps inside to "seat-belt" it in for added security. The inside is lined with soft cushions to serve both as shock absorbers and to add just a little extra flex to not damage a PSP.4. Outside, the case is indeed hard. Mine is not hard plastic but this really durable hard foam thing (sorry, i don't know what they officially call it). But it is tough and hard to scratch under most circumstances. I'm sure if u took a sledgehammer to it, it wouldn't last long, but that's not exactly an "everyday occurrence" haha. In pockets or in luggage/backpacks full of items it is fine. And even dropping it from small heights, the PSP will be pretty safe (though please don't do that intentionally or on a regular basis).5. It just looks so sleek, chic, and professional...simple, to the point, no gimmicks. All in all:If you are looking for a bullet proof case with tons of UMD game space (maybe even a fridge?), this is not it. But for it's purpose, I find it one of the finest options out there. This purpose being, a streamlined, pocket sized case; capable of being on the go and carrying a few extra games (2-4 depending on your PSP model) while doing it. That's precisely what I needed and am very content.
