So far, ok.
In non-cell areas, hubby will get one bar usually. Enough to at least get some service. Our whole area is pretty spotty with service. He hasn't had one single call dropped since installing it, which did happen frequently. At home sitting in the truck, I hopped in and my old-azz iPhone 8 (I'm waiting for the 15, don't judge!) which usually has one bar, got two, and sometimes a third popped up!He did notice that the red thingy (I don't know what it's called) does get hot, so make sure you have some ventilation around it. The antenna metal is curved from the wind, but it hasn't broken...yet.We had some issues calling the test code at first. Type in the code manually, don't copy/paste, it won't work for some reason and you'll get "Sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed". We have at&t.

It works!
Like most technology things, I have been skeptical about these, but, being that I am a truck driver and I frequently go thru limited signal areas, I started researching for cell boosters. To be frank, I have known about Weboost since the Wilson Electronics days, but, I have never actually tried one.Today I had a unit installed on my truck. It actually works! I’m the video linked to this review, watch the RSRP, it’s a measure of signal strength. It starts out at -91Dbm and after the booster starts up, it shoots down to -73Dbm. A lower number is a stronger signal.I do want to caution prospective buyers, these are not miracle devices, if you have absolutely no service to begin with then it is more than likely you will not have service even with the booster. HOWEVER if you travel thru low signal areas, you MAY be able to get a better signal with one of these devices.Bottom line, am I happy? Yes, absolutely. Will I buy another? Without hesitation.-Josh

GREAT Customer Service
WeBoost does improve the cell signal in remote areas. We take several RV road trips every year and this past year we added a WeBoost to our tow vehicle. There is a noticeable difference in the (Verizon) coveage. I was able to measure the difference using a cell signal app on my phone and turning on/off the WeBoost.Recently, I broke off the outside antenna connector on my WeBoost amplifier so I emailed the company to see if I could get a replacement connector and fix it myself. The response I got was an RMA to return my amplifier and instructions telling me they will send out a new one as soon as they receive my broken one. That is my definition of Customer Service!

Coverage
This booster has made my OTR driving so much more enjoyable. Many areas I had no service or dead zones have for the most part been cleared up. Driving through mountains are still challenging for service. For the most part this is essential for any OTR trucker.

Cell booster
I was able to use this product for approximately 3,000 miles before my decision on it. For the first 700 miles I was just driving back and forth between Los Angeles and Orange County, CA. I didn’t notice any major differences in cell service in those areas at all. In fact, some areas I still remained at 1 bar even with this booster on in a major city. The remaining miles were done out in Big Bear, Joshua Tree and the Grand Canyon (AZ). I did notice my phone had 5 bars quite often, but I also noticed I had 5 bars even when this item was turned off. A couple of times I still lost ALL service, but I understand this item won’t create service, it just boosts what’s already existing.Overall, for spending almost $600 (including 2 year warranty), I didn’t see enough positive changes to have spent the $600. The quality of this product is solid. Nothing about this feels cheap at all. Unfortunately I can’t justify spending $600 on this item, so it’s being returned.

Works as it should but it's to expensive.
This booster does exactly what it says it will. It does help by providing better coverage area while traveling, but it's not like you can go from no service to full bars and can stream video perfectly. It does add an extra bar or two to what you already have which is great and helps alot. But is it really worth the $400 to $500 dollar price tag?PRO's1) It is very easy to install, basically just plug it in and route it to where ever you want it.2) It does increase your service by a few bars helping you to be able to make the call or accept one. Or watch a video with a little better quality.3) I've heard the support is good but have not had a need myself as of yet so this is a plus.4) it's small and somewhat compact so it's fits about anywhere under a seat or in a console.5) It has a bright light showing you whether or not you are working correctly or have issues6) It comes with about everything you need to install.CON'S1) The 12V power supply / on and off switch does not have a led in it so it is really easy to forget it's on when you leave the vehicle , the bright LED on the booster then drains your battery over night and then your setting with a dead battery the next morning, Possible.2) The antenna's just push on the booster, so unless you plan to leave it and never deal with it anymore I would guess any damage at all will cause the antenna to not have a tight fit and you will be forced to purchase a new one as I did right out of the box, after the hefty price tag you don't want to spend anymore after the first purchase. I hate dealing with support and do not want to have to deal with all the mess of waiting on them to send me something new when I just purchased it. So I ordered the new one and now I'm ok.3) The antenna's plugs are not something you can just get anywhere so you can't use anything else or adapt anything else to it as I have yet to find at a local store. The overall review of the product is a mid range for me but not for functionality as it does do well, I just can't get over the price it is to expensive in my eyes and that plus the few other items I listed is why my review is 3 stars. If your at a campground or somewhere similar you can purchase one for around $120, which I have also and it works very well as I went from no service to streaming videos. It is a different brand. I mean your in a vehicle so give it 5 mins and the signal will change anyway so is it worth the hefty price ? In my eyes "NO" it is not. But your application may be different than mine.
