G.I. Joe: Snake Eyes - Cobra Civil War Volume 2 Paperback – March 27, 2012

Very entertaining book and great condition!!!

Snake eyes is my favorite Joe so I'm a bit biased but it definitely needs a smoother transition from the other story arcs into this one

The book was in great shape. It arrived quickly. The students that wanted to check out the book were very excited about it.

続きではないが、２巻目。登場人物が多すぎるのか絵がシンプルすぎ。絵に関して残念な一冊。

I have to say this story was a dissapointment to me. It say Snake Eyes in the title, but the main character in this story is Duke. This is a classic example of trying to sell more comics by putting another characters name on the front. The X-men do it with Wolverine all the time. I don't like it then and I don't like it now. Even all of this could be forgiven it the book lived to it's promise in the action department which it does not. Snakes seem to be in this book more to make cool poses with weapons in different battle grounds, the bulk of the fighting is do be by the other characters in the book. There are even silly instances in the book where Snake is being told to report his situation during an operation, we all know he does not talk what is the point of even giving him microphone?The story continues during Cobra's infighting to find a new leader. A new contender has thrown his hat into the ring. His platform is a super virus he has released, to wreak havoc in Africa. Duke has also been affected by the said virus. Dukes plan find the man responsible for the virus and make him give Duke the cure. Of course to do this he enlists Snake Eyes help.If this book was just brought out with the GIJOE name in the title, I would have given it 3 stars as the story is pretty solid, but with the main character regulated to support status dropped to 2 stars.
