Just buy it. Money well spent!
Originally got this with the idea to chain my regular landmine attachment with this peice doe extra leverage but ended up finding out this works just as well as a simple extension . The extra inches it adds when doing rows moves the 45 pound weight from hitting your chest to now hitting your throat area. You get way better range of motion adding this as an extension.

Strong must have accessory
This T-Bar accessory allows you to use various attachments like ones used on a cable machine such as the ones I pictured (rope & wide grip bar).It is thin but strong and has an insert that runs the entire length to prevent it from moving as well as protecting the bar you use it on. As shown in the picture the insert is also removable. Although I was happy to find the insert was not just a cap on the end, I would have liked the same fluted end on both sides.The chain it comes with is very long and in my opinion too long to use with any attachment, unless using for deficit exercises, but it's nice that it comes with one. It also came with 2 carabiners which would be required for some attachments you may use with this accessory.For example I would recommend using 2 caribiners when using an attachment where the eyelets of both the T-Bar accessory and attachment are perpendicular to each other (like I show in the picture of the wide grip lat bar). This is to prevent strain on the T-bar accessory and the attachment you use, prevents your form from being skewed, and keeps the attachment, bar, and weights in front of you.Only one caribiner would be needed if the eyelets are in line with each other like I show in the picture of the rope attachment.You can use this T-bar accessory with the eyelet in either position but I would recommend keeping the eyelet towards the bar/your body because this will keep the weight plates slightly further from your body allowing for a longer range of motion before the weight plates come in contact with your body. I would also recommend putting smaller plates on first for the same reason.I am extremely happy with it and it has withstood many workouts and high amount of strain/weights without a problem. It works as advertised.
I don’t use this for heavy lifting. For what I use it for it works great. I used for controlled and focus back training. I would recommend buying a stronger chain and hook for 300+lbs.

Cheap alterative
I use this for my landmine exercises mostly, but it can be used for others as well. The range of motion is somewhat limited. Just shorten the cable length to your desire, but your starting position will be compromised a bit.Also would recommend a sturdy dip belt, preferably leather, to go with it. Highly recommended for the budget friendly.

Doed the job BUT see description
It is not 27 inches long ( please change top description), it has eight 1 inch links in chain(8 inch total) and two 3 inch clips for a total of about 14 inches. It does the job but could be more substantial-chain links and clips and 2 inch diameter sleeve.
