Old stock - probably old OEM stock
Pros:- It fits and was a proper replacement for the TLP029C1 that was in my Blackberry Key2 LE.- Appears to not have been used before.- Markings are almost exactly the same as the OEM battery - pretty sure this is an OEM battery.Cons:- Pretty sure this is actually an OEM battery. Manufacture date was October 2017, which is almost 7 years old. Lithium batteries can and do degrade when stored, so I'm not thrilled about this.Remains to be seen how long it holds a charge compared to the original battery. Still need to do enough testing to know.

This fit and is working for my Blackberry key2Le.
This fit and is working for my Blackberry key2Le. It has been almost a week and it is working wonderfully. I charge it before I go to sleep and don't charge it over night and it is lasting the night and all the next day. The other one I purchased from a different company was not very good. I gave it one star. I hope I am just as excited about this battery in a few months.

NOT for BBF100-6 Key2.
This battery is improperly advertised as for Blackberry Key2 model "BBF100-6", the dual-SIM international (non-LE) version of the BlackBerry Key2 . That is INCORRECT.The lower-feature Key2 LE model phone apparently uses a squarish battery -- this "TLP029C1 TLP029C7" unit. But the standard full-featured (non-LE) BlackBerry Key2, including model BBF100-6, has a non-square rectangular battery. If you have a BBF100-6, look for the "TLP035B1" battery. They are still available on Amazon, as of Spring 2024. But this is not it.(Unfortunately I did not discover this Amazon product labeling failure until after the short Amazon return window closed. When your battery arrives, check its dimensions promtply against your old battery.)Tip: to find out which submodel of BlackBerry Key2 you have, refer to "Settings / System / About phone". The "Model" value will say, e.g,. "BBF100-6".

Fits Blackberry Key2 LE
Even though the seller states it won't fit a Key2 LE BBE100-5, it does. I took a chance thinking the 3rd letter E in BBE100-5 just designated which carrier or locked or unlocked or something. It looks like I was right. I took my Blackberry to an independent phone repair shop and they replaced it for me. It certainly stays charged longer than the worn out battery that was in my phone, but doesn't seem to hold a charge as long as the original battery did. Definitely worth purchasing as I was charging my phone every couple of hours due to a worn out battery. This solved the problem. The original battery though seemed to only use about 10% charge after a whole day. This one depletes a little quicker.***Update: 5/16/2023*** Battery is starting to shown signs of diminished capacity after about 16 months.
