PENHALIGON'S GIFT

Waiting for release day was the only bad thing about it
Terri's series "The Lynher Mill Chronicles" had been my absolute favourite books sofar and although the genre of the Penhaligon series is quite different, it made me eager to get to know her other work as well. What can I say. They're all gems in their own way. Both books 1 and 2 were already out by the time I got to read them, and it was great to be able to just continue reading after I had finished the first. So was there anything I didn't like? Yes, the wait for book 3. But anticipation makes the heart grow fonder, right? Highly recommended!

Fabulous Saga
I loved the first two books in the Penhaligon Saga and Book 3 was just as wonderful but even more exciting. There's passion, mystery and intrigue here. Terri's characters are so real I wanted to slap a couple of them, hug the rest of them and move to Caernoweth to live with them ( if I had a time machine that is). I do not want to miss these characters so I sincerely hope there are more books to come!

A fitting finale to the Penhaligon story
This book didn't disappoint. I was sorry to come to the end and say goodbye to the characters because Terri's talent is in making you the reader feel that you truly know them - warts and all. I've said it before and I'll say it again, but any of Terri's books lend themselves to becoming a TV series

Best one of the series yet
For some reason I missed this when it came out. Finally got to read and and loved it. I became so engrossed in the story that when I came to the end of the book I could not believe it. I wanted to carry on and read more. I am really looking forward to the next in the series by this amazingly talented author.

Atmospheric and compelling novel
The 3rd book in this series, and it didn’t disappoint, love the way it makes you feel you are actually in Cornwall, the author has a great way of bringing her characters and places to life, so it’s really easy to lose your self in this book.
