Nurse Mates Calf Socks | 12-14 mmHg Compression | Superior Support & Comfort | 1 Pair

These socks are wonderful!I have a sister who is an RN at a hospital. She works in the emergency room and never works a traditional shift. It is nothing for her to be on her feet for twelve to fourteen hours straight, and that is just at work. She also has three children. So, when she is done with, or getting ready to go to, work you can add even more time to that. I, personally, had no idea that these compression socks were a thing. She happened to mention it to me one day. She described how a simple pair of compression socks could make a tremendous difference in regard to leg pain and such from all of those hours on her feet. Since that conversation, I have made a point to pick up compression socks for her any time I can get the opportunity.Shortly after this compression sock discovery, I had another RN friend mention an occasion that I felt warranted a celebratory gift! She loves fun designs and such, so I thought these would be perfect for her. I actually ordered her both a white and black pair, and thanks to the wonders of amazon.com, they were shipped directly to her doorstep!She said that these are fantastic socks! They fit exactly as she would have expected for her shoe size. These socks provide excellent support without out being too terribly tight. She actually had purchased a couple pair that were too tight to wear. These are very well made and she was impressed with them. She loved the fun design and that fact that she would be able to express a little personality through something so simple as a pair of socks.Overall, we are both pleased with this purchase. She now has a couple new pair of wonderful compression socks to add to her sock drawer, and I am glad that I had the opportunity to ease even the smallest amount of her pain. She is one hard working nurse and she deserves wonderful gifts!PS - excuse the additional component of the picture. I couldn't have mommy getting socks without the Bitty getting socks as well!

I really love all of the patterns I bought. The compression is not overwhelming. My legs feel so much better at the end of the day. I should have had these YEARS ago. In the old days, nurses wore support support hose so that they didn't get large veins, etc. But those kinda went away with the little white cap. I will probable still get some support hose so I can have variation, but I love these socks.

These are wonderful! They're not to constricting and stylish. I'm an ultrasound tech who runs around and pushing a machine 9hours a day and the end of the day my legs are not swollen. Looking forward to buying more soon

Love these socks! They are super cute and fit well. They kept my legs from being achy during my whole 12 hour shift. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they have an arrhythmia.

I have written a previous review of the Nurse Mates socks but I'm not certain which pattern. So, I thought I would make this review of the Nurse Mates brand. All of the quality has been consistent with every pair I have received and I have ordered several in different patterns. I like the fact that the socks are a little thinner than some others I have tried because it means I can wear them with shoes I have. Others have been thicker and I can only wear them with one pair shoes. I haven't had any of them long enough to know what the durability will be so I will update the review if it is negative.

Socks doesn't fit tight nor do they stop my legs from hurting on my 12 hour shift. I'm not a heavy person and the fit was on spot. They are really cute and they was delivered fast

I work 12 hour night shifts. Usually around 2AM (7 hours in) without these socks my feet would start to hurt and I’d be miserable. Since I got them I can make it to nearly 5 without any pain and it’s so much better even when they do begin to ache. Saved my shift❤️
