Great for those with overpronation!
Okay so before I review the product, these are my stats: 124 lbs, 5’5” and I have very skinny ankles and narrow feet and I have severe overpronation (aka flat feet). Upon receiving these shoes, I was a bit wary, as these are a bit bulky looking and a little heavier than my usual preference of feather-light like shoes. I’m sure others who have skinny ankles and narrow feet get how heavy shoes just kill your feet! So upon try on, they feel fairly comfortable, and like how they really provide support for my flat feet (my feet look normal and don’t overpronate looking in the mirror). Next, the slight bulky look of the shoe actually has purpose. The wider base is great for balance (so important for those with narrow feet as I lose my balance easily) and the wider front (where toes are) is great for gripping the ground, which is needed in cross training style workouts, especially box jumps or lateral jumps and burpees, as well as doing barbell squats you need both that grip and balance! Overall, the shoe is great for training. But this is definitely not a running shoe in my opinion, at least not for me since I have narrow feet, I need something lighter for that purpose. And regarding sizing, I would say they are true to size, or maybe just a smidge small compared to same size in my Nike and Adidas shoes (first time buying Reebok). I would say stick to true size or size up half a size.

Love my New Reebok Women's Nano Cross Trainer Sneakers!
This post was sponsored by Reebok. I received this product to facilitate my review, all opinions are my own.I love everything about my new Reebok Women's Nano Cross Trainer's, starting with the beautiful violet haze/ orchid color! But when it comes to functionality, this is where these athletic shoes really shine! The heel collar is great, it has a high density foam adding to overall comfort, especially when I wear them on a long training run! The flex weave fabric on the upper part of the shoe gives some added stretch. This extra flexibility is great when I am doing lateral strength training moves like 3 way lunges, lateral box jumps or "skater" jumps. They are also very durable and are perfect for running on different terrain as the minimal drop outsole provides stable footing on uneven ground. Overall, a versatile and functional shoe that is excellent to wear for a variety of different sports activities, yet they are fashionable enough to wear casually for a day out shopping or just playing in the back yard with the kids!

Great and durable shoe
Size is a little tricky with these, first time I ordered my true size and they were way too big. I typically wear a 6 in women's (most brands); I had to go down to 5.5 and they fit great. They're pretty comfortable and durable, I mostly use them for gym work like weightlifting etc. I tried using them for running but the toes are really stiff and caused some soreness so I wouldn't recommend them for that. The only complaint I have is if the soles come in contact with water they get really slippery so use extra caution when using outdoors. Overall they work well and I'm satisfied with them.

Prefect for CrossFit, Took some adjusting but..
Loving this shoe 2 months into CrossFit. My initial thought was they were too big. I normally wear size 9 and that’s what I purchased. They have a very wide toe box which I wasn’t used to; they also appeared to be really long.I worked out a week in them to decide if they were too big or not. At this point I still have the 9’s. They feel right - no blisters, don’t feel like they’re flopping around, no numbing of toes or parts of feet. That extra toe box room is feeling amazing now. Side note - I do have fairly wide feet to begin with. They even feel good on those 100 - 400 meter runs.I’ve owned a lot of different kind of shoes: running shoes, cross trainers, minimalIst shoes, track spikes, basketball shoes.I’m Giving this shoe five stars - I would purchase again and would recommend to a friend for lifting/CrossFit purposes(depending on the width of their feet, that is)

Pleasantly surprised.
The media could not be loaded. Wide toe box, flat plane - I have wide flat feet - and these were comfortable right out of the box, def taking time to break them in, as the heel is slightly raised; after 2 hrs of wearing them discomfort started, but more so in my right “arch” which may be more flatter than my left side.I was worried these wouldn’t match up to my old Reebok CrossFit Nanos. All in all Very pleased with the look, and feel. Size ordered is spot on for me.

Great shoes for lifting
Got Reebok Nano X for lifting. Initially I wanted to get Nano X1, but the newer version has high heel drop which is not ideal for lifting. Also, I kind of digging the retro style of Nano X more. I’m surprised with the attention to details with Nano X, all the meshes, lining, design, the way it support your arch. This is far more superior product in terms of design and functionality compare to Nano X1. If you higher arch this is perfect for you. I did order half size smaller. Normally wearing size 7, I ordered 6.5 and it fits perfectly. I wear this pair of shoes for lifting and strength training only. Not recommend it for cardio because of the shoes weight and flat bottom.

Sized up
I wear 9.5 and I sized up to a 10. I use these for boot camp which is a mixture of HIIT, Strength, & short cardio sessions. These are great shoes and seem to be holding up pretty well. I use them about 5 times a week for 45 mins and had them for about three months. I'm actually thinking about ordering more in another color I like these so much! Besides a little bit of dirt no major wear or tear. One note the laces are long, I double knot mine though so the don't drag on the floor. Or you could swap out the laces.
