A Must Read for any PO and/or<br />SM
In my opinion this book is a must read for any PO or SM no matter how expirienced He or She is. Many points there should be industry standards. This book is great to organize and systemize your knowledge. It presents practical example for using different strategizing tools. There are 4 stars as I believe there is much more behind this topic and I would love to learn not only "what", but also have a little bit more information on "how" from SM point of view,as the approach is something I'm coaching /mentoring about the PO's I'm working with.Nevertheless great work there from Roman Pichler, thank you for this book.

Concise yet effective
I wasn’t expecting to review my product concepts in such detail within a short book. Roman has been able to lead the way in articulating structure using templates with examples that meets modern day product managements requirements. His is a warm up before you take the big rides. I recommend.

Must Read for Product Owners
If you are a product manager or product owner, you need to read this book. Roman Pichler lays out this book in two parts: the first discusses product strategy, vision and KPIs; the second tackles product roadmapping. It's an easy read, and he uses consumer examples so anyone can easily understand. I'm an Agile coach and recommend it to every Product Owner I work with.

Very good book
Loved it. There aren't that many good product strategy books out there. This one is the exception. If you are new to product strategy, you will dig this book.

Great methods and good explanations to put it in practice
This book provided me good methods like Product Vision Board and Product Roadmaps. Further, it explains how to classify your product and adapt the methods. For instance, how to manage a disruptive innovation vs. a already established product (aka core innovation) it provides a guide how to start from scratch and create an actionable strategy and plan. The content provides me a lot of value.

Product Management and Scrum is like PB&Js
Product Management and Scrum is like PB&Js. They just go together. Roman articulates this very well and gives lots of practical advice.
