Bought as a stocking stuffer four pack for my spouse. Work very well and stack easily in the utensil drawer. Love that each has a guard cover. Provide versatile and durable tools for zesting and grating whether parmesan for your pasta, lemon for your salad dressing or for chocolate for your dessert.

The metal plane is made in Roseville Arkansas. I have a set of the original ones that I have had 15 ish years. As a fellow Arkansan like supporting local businesses.

I love this set, and like all Microplane products they are very sharp and easy to use. Pro tip - if you break one of the covers (which you DO want to have so you don’t slice yourself when grabbing one out of your drawer), Microplane sells spares on their site for $1.

The graters themselves are excellent quality and quite sharp. They’ve held up well with both hand and machine washing. The covers don’t stay on well and then paradoxically are difficult to remove in a way that doesn’t risk cutting yourself. I’ve seen this issue on all Microplane models; it’s not a dealbreaker given the tool quality.

Best microplaner on the market. Can zest and grate better than the thin ones and has more surface area for larger fruit or cheeses
