Have you been able to add this device to your at&t plan? i’m in an at&t store right now and they don’t have a way to simply add a line.

Don’t waste your time trying AT&T. I somehow thought my AT&T experience would be different, but after 2 hours on the phone with a CS and her manager trying to get it to work, I decided to try T-mobile. Ordered the sim online and it worked out of the box after going through the dash cam activation steps.

Is this the only option to connect to cloud via wired, huge box, and visible on front windshield?

Hello, no, the CM100-LTE is not the only way to connect to the cloud. You can also use phone hotspot, mobile hotspot, on-board WIFI built into the car. The CM100-LTE does not necessarily need to be visible. We usually recommend placing it under the dot matrix. Thanks, Anna BlackboxMyCar

Which Verizon puck did you buy? Could you use a netgear puck With its own battery or do you have to use blackvue battery?

You can use any mobile hotspot with wifi. I am running the newest Netgear M5(MR5200) with t mobile. I wanted to use this for Verizon but apparently its not compatible. Make sure your netgear mobile hotspot us charged to leave on while the ignition is off to be connected to the cloud.

Will it work for the 950s?
