Nice Looking Bug Catcher, NOT Zapper, Works Well, Get This
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Well, I’ve been using this Mosquito Trap/Bug Catcher.....and It’s been working fine for me..,We don’t have a HUGE Bug problem yet... it’s only the beginning of May, and summer hasn’t started, and the humidity hasn’t started, BUT...... this little machine has caught some critters..... and I suspect it’ll catch a lot more in the months to come ....I like the design, and I really like the Smart Sensor... that’s how I caught the bugs.... I followed instructions and turned it on about 4 hours before I went to bed, in a pitch black room, I turned the sensor on, left the room, no AC or fan on, and about 1m... ( 3 ft) off the ground, and just left it there....All Night...I gave it a full 24 hours before I checked it,I wanted to see if it would work in the day too.. so when I opened it up I saw there were those flying ants...(, I don’t know what they are......).. but I didn’t even know they were in my house... I’ve never even seen them, but there they were ....🤷♀️🤷♀️Anyway, I got em...And this summer, I’m gonna have mosquitos, and the fruit flies that come in on the darn fruit... yuck !!!So, I guess the UV Light intrigued them, the suction pulled em in, and they dehydrated and died...Not pleasant, but effective ....The design is pretty, I think it looks nice on my table, it’s small, and I like the UV Light, It will make a nice nightlight too.If you have very large rooms, you may need more than 1 of these, it would be a good investment...Anyway, I like this unit, it preformed well for me, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more for my home and put them in every room ...

Good indoor mosquito and fruit fly trap
This trap works great indoors to help eliminate pesky mosquitos and other small flying insects. The fan is pretty quiet and is a constant low hum. It has a light sensor so it can automatically come on at night when you leave the room so the fan noise would be insignificant. If you use this in your bedroom I would be aware that the UV lights are relatively bright so you may want to shield the light from your sleeping area so it does not keep you awake. This is not a fault of the product as it is the UV light that draws them in.The only negative that I have is that it comes with a non-standard USB cable to power the unit. It has a USB-A connector on one side and a round barrel DC connector on the other. I wish they used a standard USB connector on the device side just in case the included cable gets lost or damaged. Also note this does NOT come with a USB power adapter. Personally I am fine with that as I already have many of these from old phones. This helps lower cost and more importantly reduce electronic waste.I plan on trying this with a RAVPOWER power bank while camping to eliminate these pests from my tent.

Looks nice and has convenient USB power
This trap looks very nice and has a convenient auto on/off feature when it’s dark and light. We ordered the black colored one, but I think they also sell a white one that looks nice also. The fan makes some sound that you can hear but it’s not super loud. Due to the sound and the purple light, you probably wouldn’t put this in your bedroom, but we put it in our kitchen without bothering us at all.The USB power is very convenient and you can even use it when camping. However you should know that it’s not designed for outdoor use and is not waterproof.

Triple Function
Right off the bat this device is very simple. From it's packaging to usability. No complicated wiring, assembly, or features. Just plug and play. What I will say about the power cord though is that it is a dc to usb a connection. So you need some sort of usb compatible plug in to use this. It is also not very long (3ft or so). Many power outlets and other household devices come with usb inputs so not having a dedicated two/three prong cord shouldn't be any real issue. I am currently using a 30,000mah portable charger with a 10ft usb extender I had lying around, and on the first night it took my charge from 96% down to 84%.On the top of the unit is a plastic cover for the light sensor, so you have to move it to the side before using it at night. Once the sensor knows that it's dark it turns on the trapper, and when it's bright enough in the room, it instantly turns off the trapper. This is a wonderful and simple solution to not waste energy when it won't be nearly as effective. Now you can just keep the sensor covered and it will run normally if that is your preference. The bottom is also rotating door for easy clean up. This will make that much simpler than some bug zappers I have used before. The last and most important thing to say is that this thing is bright at night. So if you like having some part of your room lit up when you sleep then this will double as a night light. The soft humming is very much understated and acts as a white noise as well. So this really is three devices in one for the right consumer- If you like the UV light and find the noise suitable. One huge negative I must state is that this unit came with a dead bug inside the trap. I purchased this item brand new so there is no reason that this should have happened. Besides that I look forward to how well this will protect me from annoying summer time pests.

Good, it does what it is supposed to.
I like killing mosquitos, where I live there is plenty of water for these little buggers and they carry diseases.Things of mention, it is a little quiet unit and looks like a solid build. One thing that you could consider when buying this, it is not for mass killing the bugs or external use, it needs a dark room to attract the mosquitos in with its light. Doubles up as a night light, while it is doing its thing at night. It does not come with a wall adapter to USB, and it is only powered by USB. It does not have a battery to make it portable. There is this little rubber piece that senses light to turn it on or off, you need to have it closed to function in an area with light and it is a pain to remove the cap without long fingernails or a tool. There is a trap door at the bottom that flips so you can clean the opposite side as you empty it.

Works like magic!
I bought this for my office after a recent outbreak of fruit flies. I was beyond exasperated with the endeavors of the operation team to treat the problem, so I purchased this on my own in an effort to try something to control the issue. I ran this on silent mode overnight and returned to find a dozen fruit flies trapped on the sticky pad - definitely already making more progress than the professional bug service or the small cups of apple vinegar placed in various places throughout the office. This purchase is worth every penny already, and I've had it for less than a week.dude, this works! I stuck it near an indoor plant that seems to always have little bugs on it, and all were gone in about 20 mins. Need to get another one for a different part of the house. A+

Better that just a UV light because of the suction
Well bug season is just about here and I'm preparing my local arsenal to protect myself.. What I like about this trap is that its usb powered so it's easy to plug in just about anywhere. It's got a pretty convenient drop tray that makes it easy to clean up the zapped bugs. The fan is pretty quiet, seems like there's a little computer fan in there that adds just that little bit of extra pull to get those curious bugs into the zapper. The UV brings them close by then the fan sucks them right in.

Great zapper
Plug into the power supply, everything is done. You wait for little bugs to die on its own. Because all the little bugs like the blue ultraviolet light, especially in the evening, they come faster when the sun goes down. As soon as they hit the grid, they're dead. Although the weather hasn't warmed up yet, there are not a lot of mosquitoes. But as soon as it comes, it will be captured. I'm happy that mosquitoes won't wreak havoc in my backyard this summer!

Great for keeping the bugs away
Now that its spring, its so enjoiable to sit outside and relax. Of course, with spring come those annoying bugs which take the fun out of being outside. This machine is like magic, while its running, no bugs are around to annoy us. Saves from many hours of itching after getting mosquito bites! Convenient that it is powered by USB making it really versatile. I will get another one for the back yard!

Effective bug zapper
I bought this bug zapper to use to kill anything that flies around my home since the weather is warming up and insects are starting to be more active. The quality of this bug zapper is great and it feels like a well made product. I like that this bug zapper is easy for me to use and a powerful UV light is emitted to lure them to the device which is good. This bug zapper makes low noise when its operating and the built-in fan sucks the flying insects into the container inside so they are not seen. I really like that this bug zapper works just as advertised and is perfect for what I need it for. I'm pleased with my purchase and I find it to be well worth the value of my money. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a bug zapper to use.
