Definitely a great quality webcam. Got it unpacked and connected to the PC. Has great resolution and fps. Perfect for recording or streaming. Capable of being placed on top edge of monitor and also comes with tripod as illustrated. One nifty little addition is the privacy cover that can be placed on the front of the camera. Simply slide the cover.

I was quite happy with the camera when I first purchased it. Easy installation, easy to use and good camera and microphone quality. After using it for a couple weeks started encountering problems with the mic, my students would say the couldn’t hear me. After a month of teaching online classes, the camera started going out of focus during class. The problems persisted, now the camera won’t stay on. It shuts off after about 10 minutes. Good thing my computers built in webcam kicks in when this one shuts off. I’ve had to quit using this webcam. Maybe I received a bad one, but if you use a webcam extensively for online classes and such. I recommend finding a better quality webcam. Update 10/26/2003: After posting my review above, the DEPSTECH sales department reached out to me. They quickly replaced the webcam, and the new webcam works perfectly. I haven’t had any issues with it, good microphone and great picture quality. I can safely say this is a quality company that stands behind their products, so don’t worry about your purchase. They will definitely take care of you if you encounter a problem with their webcams. I have since updated my review from one star to five stars.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Good clarity. Easy setup. Only complaint is the auto focus. No software included to turn it off, so had to install 3rd party software to manage it. Any on camera movement triggered the autofocus and was distracting.

I wasted money buying entry level webcams, lots of them, that I was seriously buying professional cam for my video recordings. I just can't get the quality video, focus and color gamut on these cheap and not so cheap ones. I have a 4K action camera which I use for video recording but it was not really designed for my purpose. I don't trust all reviews and many are bad simply because they did not check their gadgets or configured they equipment properly. Worse, they didn't make some tiny research of what they are exactly buying. I forgive them. So with all these in my mind before buying the Depstech 4K webcam, I have doubts in my mind and ready to lose the money in case, you know. This Depstech 4K webcam is a deal, finally, with very reasonable price for its capability. Autofocus just works fine and fast, the 4K resolution works well especially for OBS which detects several image resolutions and adjustments and even just for Windows webcam (the 4K option will display after reboot). The only criticism I have, if you call it that, is that it has no power led indicator when plugged into USB and forget about the lens cover, you might just end up scratching the front panel.

Come da titolo. Ho avuto la fortuna di prenderla con il codice sconto del 30% e sono felice di aver colto questa occasione. La webcam in sé vale ampiamente il prezzo di listino, ha funzionalità e qualità comparabili solo a webcam da almeno il doppio del prezzo dai marchi blasonati, il prenderla al prezzone scontato la rende ancora più appetibile e soddisfacente. Le foto nella descrizione del venditore, sebbene iperboliche, comunque sono molto rappresentative di che qualità aspettarsi, inclusa la correzione colori ben bilanciata. L'autofocus funziona perfettamente, ottimo sia per le videochiamate che per streamare/registrare per Twitch e YouTube senza dover impazzire con "rotelline" e affini delle webcam sulla fascia appena inferiore. Microfono nella media, perfettamente utilizzabile per una chiamata, cancellazione del rumore funzionale, sconsigliato nel caso la qualità audio sia una criticità assoluta. Per chi intende usarla per eyetracking o altre attività di machine learning e vtubing, non ho riscontrato problemi con i maggiori programmi (testati: eyetracking via Tensorflow e VSeeFace). È conforme UVC, nessun driver richiesto sui maggiori sistemi operativi, Linux e macOS inclusi. Simpatica la presenza nella scatola di un piccolo treppiedi (la base della webcam ha anche un foro filettato per "treppiedare" la webcam) e uno sportellino di plastica manuale per oscurare il sensore. Contornano perfettamente un prodotto di media fascia di un marchio che cerca di emergere in un mercato già monopolizzato dai grandi nomi.

Tiene buena calidad precio, considero que la imagen es nitida y gracias a que viene con tripié puedes elegir donde poner la camara, yo la utilizo para uso diario (clases en línea, o videollamadas ocasionales) por lo que no puedo emitir una opinión para streamers. Tiene una pestaña para cerrar la cámara cuando no la utilices lo cual está super bien. A mi me encantó la cámara.

J'utilise cette webcam sur PC portable (Windows 11) et PC fixe (Windows 10) et je suis entièrement satisfait par ses performances ! Côté mise en place, la webcam est immédiatement reconnue sous Windows 10 et Windows 11. Ensuite, pour la qualité, j'ai pris des photos et vidéos avec la webcam intégrée à l'ordinateur portable : la qualité est incomparable. Avec la webcam 4K, on parvient à lire du texte en arrière-plan, alors qu'avec mon ancienne, la résolution trop faible et les ISO trop élevés rendent juste des amas de pixels indéchiffrables. Le focus fonctionne bien, même sur un objet en mouvement et fonctionne encore mieux sur un visage. La qualité du son capté est satisfaisante pour des visioconférences si vous n'avez pas de microphone dédié sous la main. La webcam inclus un voyant qui s'allume lorsqu'elle est en cours d'utilisation et, pour plus de sécurité, elle est fournie avec un petit cache à glissière. La webcam tient facilement sur un écran de portable ou de PC fixe et un trépied est fourni si jamais un autre angle de vue est nécessaire. Enfin, des petits autocollants sont fournis pour décorer la caméra si le design noir brillant initial ne vous convient pas (personnellement, je n'ai pas collé de décors supplémentaires, je la trouve très bien sobre) !
