my bad used outside... in Florida fell apart

The hook falls off of the sticky pad. I cleaned the surface to make sure there was no problem with adhesion. I hung a pair of dish washing gloves (new) off the hook and the hook came away from the sticky pad!!!!!! Waste of time and money.
