Kinda expensive, but fits perfectly and works great
Pro tip... get a sharpie and wright FRONT on the front end of this so you don't re-install it backwards after bevel cuts... if you do, you'll mess up the zero clearance. Also, leave the set screws loose until you set the blade back in when reinstalling so align the plate before tightening.Not following these tips is why I had to buy a second one! :-/

Great Insert
This insert is extremely well made. The only issue is for the DW715 you need to remove a notch in the front so you can see the miter gage. Pretty easy with a rotary tool and a sander bit. Well worth the money!!!!

Excellent zero clearance insert for DeWalt miter saw
This Leecraft insert was a perfect replacement for the original (shown next to the new installed insert). You can see the difference in clearance once you make the initial cut. *Greatly* reduced tear out, and much simpler to line up the actual cut in the material.The insert is a perfect fit, both in terms of dimensions, and height. It's exact. At $20, if you're serious about your accuracy and product finish, this is a no-brainer.

Wasn't Yellow....
I bought this for my dewalt 12". Functionally it's perfect as is all Leecraft inserts are. My only complaint is that the top was in a dark wood color, not yellow, like I expected to match my dewalt.I'll be buying more Leecraft products when they aren't $57 per insert on Amazon.

Great addition to the miter saw
I bought this based on other reviews and I’m extremely happy I did,it’s a perfect replacement for the standard insert and is very well made,I happened to get a white one and i highly recommended it.
