Before this I tried guasha tools but really when you switch to this rollerball, you notice the difference from day one. Aside from relaxing your face and neck, it reduces the swelling of your face due to fluid accumulation.I heard about it from a video of Aysel (massage therapist) on YouTube and decided to try it and really doing that routine 3 times a week helps a lot. 100% recommended!

Very happy with this styleI love the grooves in the wheels. It really does do a Gentle pulling.I even use it on my under forearm and my batwing area. i’ve even used it to massage my knees. It really does get the blood flowing.Very easy to use and does what it says. It does a gentle pulling and massage.I will be buying this for the ladies in my life for birthdays and Christmases

I use this as a form of Gua sha. It feels fine, but I decided to stick with the other gua sha. products I have. I had to pull my hair back because it will grab it. Easy remedy with a headband.

The design is awesome. A perfect weight in your hand. Easy to use. Feels great on your face during the routines. Very pleased

I saw this on a YT video for aging face treatments. I've used it at least a dozen times and it feels so good! No squeaking, which is nice. It feels so sturdy, and I think it'll last many years! SO nice to find a product that works and is as advertised. : )

The fact that it broke after only a month of regular use is a significant flaw in terms of longevity.Customer ServiceI reached out to customer service regarding the issue, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a satisfactory resolution. They offered a refund or replacement, but I had already thrown away the packaging, so I didn’t have the full documentation to proceed with a return.
