Q: I ordered two ago . i tried it this morning and tonight . but one of them suddenly stopped working. what should i do ?

Please check if the battery has enough power to operate the massager, b. If there's no problem with battery, please check if the massager head is tightened enough to make sure the current is connected when battery in. (The massage head part can be screwed & unscrewed) c. If it still doesn't work after try the above two ways, please apply for return and get a new product. Hope this answer will be helpful. :) We apologize again for this problem.
