As described
The arm fits my 26 Hydra AI, I had to put a little nut with my old light bar and adjust the fitting on my hydra seen in 3rd pic. The cables fit fine in the clamps provide and set up was 5 minutes.

Make sure you get the correct size
This was a very good product. It was just as described and worked fantastic on my AI prime 13HD it works for the 16HD as well. Thank you for the quick and easy shipment. Defiantly would recommend this product to any hobbyist.

Some modifications required.
The mount seems like pretty good quality but I gave the install 2 stars due to the mount not being tapped with threads for plastic bolt to go through. I build race cars for a living and I had a tap set available but I’m sure there are some customers that don’t know how to do this.... QC department was caught sleeping....

Great for rimmed 40 gal breeder
Or a rimless tank. These are an updated design, it fits perfectly under the rim. It attaches to the glass and you don't have to put something there to fill the gap under the rim. Great job on the new design I'm glad I waited a little longer to purchase my prime HDs and I'm glad I selected these mounting arms. I couldn't be happier with them.

Extremely disappointed
Very unhappy with the product, i needed it ASAP and this is what i received. My corals are dying already so i need to use it but its unacceptable that the package is dusty, looks old like its been sitting there and on top of it the metal is rusted. Saying Im disappointed is an understatement….this is what i have to work with…so I can plug in my light and save my corals

I am happy and they did exactly what I needed it to ...
Honestly, after reading the reviews, I was very skeptical about these light mount and went into the purchase with the notion I could always return them if they were junk. I have the old versions with the two solid bars and did not find mounting this flex mount any more difficult than those. Needless to say I, I am happy and they did exactly what I needed it to do alleviating shadows in my 8' frag tank. I first tried one on my rimless cube as a test and it worked fine. They are now on a rimmed tank. Again, no issue. They included a flared nylon nut to attached on the end of the nylon screw for more biting surface area as well as a cut to fit rubber pad for the other (dry) side. I tapped the lights to see if they would bow, slip, slouch or give. Nothing. If they do decide to go for a swim for some reason later on down the road, Ill be sure to update this review.
