Great Computer. Build could be better.
First of all, this is a great computer. Runs so quiet that I can barely tell it is on. Cooling has been improved. CPU at idle about 30 C. CPU during World of Warcraft 25 man world boss fights about 50 C. CPU during Aida64 stress test about 70 C. Thermal limit is 93 C.Build could use some work. Arrived with no power cord. Main power cable passed thru back plate caused a bulge that made it almost impossible to attach back cover. I unplugged cable, ran it inside the computer, problem solved. Hard drive cage mounted at bottom of case blocked access to all extra power cables. I mounted the cage higher in the case across from DIMM, doesn't block anything.Took some effort to get a replacement power cord. First they wanted a screen shot of the invoice, then a copy of the Quality Control Certificate. Said they mailed it. 7 days later, no cable. Said there had been a "hiccup". Mailed out cable. I received it in 3 days.

Exceptional customer service but my pc wasn't working out of the box.
When my pc arrived Monday may 24th I was absolutely stoked. I hooked it up Tuesday morning after work and bam none of my peripherals were receiving signal and my rear exhaust fan wasn't working.I called their tech support and was immediately helped by a dude named Steve, but we couldn't get any peripherals working doing some basic unplugging and plugging back in of the ram, gpu, and what not. So he made me a shipping label and now I have to send it all the way back to California from Indiana for it to be repaired. In 2 to 3 weeks when it arrives I'll write another review. Also I'm extremely sad that it wasn't working properly out of the box because it seemed like it came with some exceptional hardware.

Horrible!!!!!
It is my mission right now to save everyone from purchasing from SkyTech!!!!!!! Awful, awful, awful packaging. The pc came in literal pieces! I scooped a handful of broken pieces too! DO NOT PURCHASE

works good BUT beware of power supply!
its a great gaming pc, but beware. if it comes with with a gigabyte p750gm or p850gm power supply change it out for a new one. its power supply that has been known to catch on fire, explode or fry stuff that is connected to it.

A very bad experience
It's a terrible computer. I need to reconnect the video card to the host almost every day.

Don't bother. Cheap parts and faulty hardware.
The PC shipped with problems, had issues a few weeks in, and has now failed around the 7 month mark.If you buy this PC you are gambling that things MIGHT work for you long term.My issue started with a faulty fan controller. They use a proprietary skytech fan controller rather than letting the motherboard control the fans. So no fans working right out of the box. Customer service eventually sent me a new one. After that, basic power issues. If the fan settings are too high the PC won't boot so I had to turn them down before restarting or shutting off the PC. They are using a bare minimum power supply for this build. You are really paying for a video card and processor with this build. They went pretty cheap on everything else. The liquid cooling system is loud.Newest issue is the PC has stopped booting entirely. Still doesn't boot with a swapped out power supply. An absolute failure of a PC. I don't imagine they will be in business much longer with them shipping faulty hardware. So don't bother relying on a warranty from them.

The product is very good
The computer came with a glitch in the GPU, but the company's service was fast and very good
