Very nice and tasteful tea
I saw this product on Pailin’s YouTube channel and I wanted to try it. The flavor is very nice both plain or in the Thai tea version with milk and sugar. A little bit of tea powder goes a long way, so a single bag is enough for many uses. The price is very good as well.

The REAL DEAL
I love ordering Thai tea in restaurants but was never able to find something that tasted as good at home, until this. This is so good and because it contains no sugar, you can control the sweetness. I absolutely love this product. I will buy again.

Absolutely delicous
However, after my first, experimental cup, I plan to double the tea.I didn't use any sugar at all, but poured it over ice with a splash of milk, and it was very tasty.Looking forward to my next cup already!

Best Thai tea brand by far
I love brewing my own Thai tea at home, and ChaTraMue is the best! Instant Thai tea packets just don't compare, and I like deciding how much sugar/cream to add to my drink on my own. It's hard for me to purchase Thai tea outside/in restaurants and stores now. Purchasing the loose leaf is definitely a cost saving, but make sure not to drink too much of this for the sake of your waistline. I like bringing a big pitcher of this and a container of tapioca pearls/boba to potlucks for people to enjoy.

Great Tea, Bad instructions
First thing first, this tea tastes great and is excellent for the price, but the one thing that prevents me from giving this 5 stars and this the brewing directions on the side, they may work for a single cup but the first time I tries it it wasn’t that great because the tea was too weak and watery. How I brew mine:Bring about 6 cups of water to a light boil and then let set for a minute so just to let the water stop boilingPut a cup of the tea into a Thai tea strainer (looks like a mix between a sock and a butterfly catcher)Lay the strainer across a pitcher and pour in a little water to to bloom the tea. After 5 seconds pour the rest of the water through the strainer.Let steep for 2-5 mins depending on preferred strength (you can always water down the tea if needed, so start out stronger)Pull the strainer out of the pitcher and use tongs to squeeze out any tea that is left in the grounds (this is fine to do for Thai tea unlike other teas)Now let rest in the fridge to coolFor Thai milk tea simply add 1 cup of the Thai tea, some ice, a small pinch of salt (maybe a 1/4 tsp), 2tbsp of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 tsp of brown sugar, finally stir well and **drink with a straw**.

Delicious - tastes as good/better than restaurants!
Wow what a delicious tea!!!I've had a LOT of Thai Tea in my life - both iced and hot. This Thai tea tastes super authentic and like the ones from restaurants (the ones that use real tea and not instant Thai tea powder).I like a stronger tea taste so I used a little bit more than what was suggested in the instructions and I add about 8 ounces of hot water and about 1 TBSP of condensed milk. I made mine hot and it's SO comforting, sweet and delicious!!!

This stuff is so so so good just like the kind they serve in the restaurant's.I got addicted and was drinking a pitcher a day not to mention the half and half I was using.I had to make my self stop drinking it.

Exactly what I needed!
I have been looking to make thai tea at home for so long, and this brand has popped up numerous times as being the best. The moment I opened the package, I just melted into the smell of this tea. It's so hard to describe, it's one of the most comforting things I've smelled. If I could bottle that scent up, I'd give it to everyone in my life. The color is perfection. It's added dye so if you're sensitive to that sort of thing, this is not for you. You can see the flakes of dye in the mix, but it comes out so beautifully when brewing it. It does stain, so be careful of that. But a lot of things do that are worth the extra precautions needed. Now, the taste... AMAZING! I followed a recipe I found online, I didn't even attempt the recipe on the package (if there even is one, I didn't even look for one). My suggestion would be to find a recipe and fine-tune it to fit your needs. I tried to find a "traditional" Thai tea recipe, and it was absolutely incredible. I made 4 cups of tea and stuck it in the fridge. It'll probably last me a week before I need to make more. That being said, I only used 3/4 cup of the tea mix to make 4 cups of tea. For the price I paid, that's an incredible deal! Restaurants charge like $4 or $5 for a cup, and I basically have like over a months worth for like $7 (not including the cost of the milks and sugar). This is a new staple in my household, I'll never let it run out. I'm so happy I got this and I'll be buying it over and over again!
