I bought this to wear at my job as I didn't have room at my workstation for a traditional fan and our A/C wasn't cutting it. The fan worked surprisingly well for its size. It didn't blast ice cold air at me like it was a jet engine, but it was comfortable. It has an adjustable strap which came in handy if I wanted the cool air closer to my face or needed it out of the way. This fan was light enough to wear for hours at a time and survived several hard knocks. The battery life was pretty good too. I usually got 25-40 hours out of them (turning it off at lunch helped).

Main reason I'm using this is because I have a rechargeable fan that's a different brand but doesn't run as long as this. I found the weight of this heavier but didn't bother my neck. Size is a bit larger than my other fan. I missed having different speed settings but this fan is quieter. I found the power button on this is less likely to get accidentally turned on due to location. If I was to modify this I'd put mesh screening over openings. I'd also make it possible to charge replaceable hi capacity batteries in it. Overall a good value & design; intake isn't easily blocked while wearing. No issues with durability so far. Some who saw it commented that they thought it was neat or 'oh, too cool'.

This product works great !! So convenient and well worth every dollar on a hot day with no breeze or air conditioning. Its sits perfectly blowimg air directly under the chin neck area cooling the face and neck effectively. I used it once all day and the batteries seemed to last a day no problem, which means the fan doesnt use to much power. Awesome purchase i would recommend to anyone , and would definitely buy this again. I bought 4 on this first purchase , and they made great gifts, especially for women that deal with a great deal of hot flashes during menopause.

I am a bit of a fan collector so it seems. (was not planning that) and I love most all O2Cool BO fan products. This is another winner. And I don't give a DAMN what anyone THINKS if I am using or wearing this, as other reviewers have. I don't care if you are pre menopausal, post-menopausal or just a hard-working guy or gal who has to be outside in the summer working or playing. Being cool is paramount to your health, sanity, and comfort. So whatever it takes. And I am one of those people who lives in a hot, humid thick-aired no-breeze climate and just lose my mind if I cannot feel air moving. And this is a nice size as you can either dangle it bout your neck with the adjustable cord it comes with, or toss it in a back pocket, backpack or purse for ON THE GO. And you can also wear it on the back, just spin it around, it's not just a PENDANT. Im sure if you wanted to get creative you could use some of that self sticking velcro on it and something like a backpack. Wet a scarf or hat and then aim this up the back of your neck and you will get chills. Is this going to cool you off on a 100 degree day to an AHHH, I'm good level? No. But will it help alone or in combo with a wet cooling neck or head scarf! YES. It's very much a personal fan, so you are not going to be sharing this. Also a plus to keep bugs away from your head/face while doing things like gardening. RECOMMEND! Little fan has a lot of go to it for it's size.
