I’ve had IBS-C for many years. I’ve tried countless probiotics and was beginning to feel hopeless in getting relief. I do take a fiber supplement as well the Probulin. Between the two I feel 100x better. I was beginning to feel hopeless and I felt bloated and depressed all the time. I’m not 100%, but hoping the longer I take this new to me probiotic the better I’ll feel.

Been using this probiotic for about 6 months now & very happy w/it. Easy to use & taking it just before bed works great! Would recommend this probiotic if you are looking for a good one & not too expensive.
