Exceptional trampoline—best of the best!
Our 6 year old daughter has autism and LOVES to jump (this kid needs major proprioceptive input). WOW. This is the 5th trampoline we’ve purchased—all from different companies—but this one is, by far, the BEST of the best. Hands-down, this trampoline is the most sturdy and safety-minded one we’ve seen on the market. (I wish we had purchased this one 1st—we wouldn’t have needed so many replacements.) My husband and I could tell immediately when we took it out of the box that it was a much higher level of quality than anything we’d seen so far for indoor trampolines. Since our daughter is on it a good portion of every day, we are thrilled it’s SO QUIET and so well designed. Our family would give it 6 stars if we could. It’s totally worth the money. Ps. My daughter is extremely tall for a 1st grader and weighs 63 pounds—she fits on this trampoline along with her 4 year old brother (when they’re in the mood to share!). It’s perfect. I know they’ll love it for years to come.

Safety hazard!
The media could not be loaded. Update 5/29/23The handle broke off while my daughter (3) was jumping on it.The edges where it broke are sharp, and hazardous. Please be careful!Didn't even last 6 months. We purchased this for our daughter because of the seeming sturdiness, since she has been able to tip over all other trampolines we've purchased. As another review mentioned, some of the parts do not line up, and there were screws missing for the bottom leveler. We were set to return this due to the issues, fortunately my husband figured out that ROTATING the bottom part actually helps it fit and line up better, not perfect, you'll have to use some force, better though. We had some extra screws, so that worked out as well.It is very sturdy, and our daughter is very happy with her new trampoline!

Tips over easily
It does look nice and came with all parts, no mistakes made during shipping. But after trying a few different makeshift ways to stabilize this trampoline- we finally decided we just have to write to the company and find a different solution. It tips over, easily. My son is only 2, he bounces on it and the opposite side of whichever handle he’s holding onto lifts up off the ground and we have to go running over to stand on the base ourselves. For an item I spent over $200 on, you’d think the company would be eager to rectify this since it’s basically garbage at this point. It’s not safe for use.I explained the situation via email and instead of telling me what they can do for me, someone wrote back a curt message telling me I can check the website myself if I’d like to know the warranty information and then “maybe they can do something about it.”What’s the point of speaking to someone directly if they just lazily blow you off to read their extremely long and unrelated warranty novel so I can then try to determine this myself?Won’t I have to run it by someone again anyway?Overall I’d say this is a one star experience but I gave it two since it does appear to be well made, albeit flawed.

LOVE IT!!... But.
The media could not be loaded. We (mostly my daughter as she uses it) LOVES it!! She is special needs and needs something to help her do PT at home so we got this! She is always on it, multiple times a day, jumping! Very sturdy, I will "pretend bounce" with her, where my feet won't leave the trampoline but I'm bouncing a little bit. I am not too keen on actually doing much more on it though as the springs are tight so I feel like I'd break it LOL!Only issue is that it's a BITCH to put together!! Like holy cow! I had to have somebody come to my house to help me and even he struggled majorly to do it. The base (metal bars) don't align up very well so it took the two of us at each end pushing and pulling to make them fit. In the end, I don't worry about it coming apart as I know it'd be hard to separate the pieces. As we had to do so several times as we were thinking maybe the wrong piece was connected. Nope just... Seriously hard to fit together!! OH AND THE SPRINGS. THAT WAS HORRIBLE TOO LMAO.Save your time and effort, yes it may cost you more but in the box is a number to have somebody set up the trampoline for you. Use it because it took me hours to set up this thing and lemme tell you. It gave me a serious workout!

Be Aware!!!!!
This product took me 3 hours to put together and one of the very bottom parts didn’t align with the piece it’s supposed to click into. I gave up trying to have it click in after an hour of trying to push it together. It seems like a good product if the pieces were made to properly align but unfortunately mine was not. I’m really bummed for the money I paid each piece should have fit together well.

Even sturdier then I expected
Toddler enjoys the bars more than the actual jumping. Typical 1.5 year old doesn’t have the wingspan to hold both bars at once. Very sturdy so she can hang from one bar and there’s no worry it will topple over. Maybe we should get a climbing gym.Lose a star because the blue padding doesn’t fit snugly and looks frumpy.

Made for serious jumpers
I bought this for my 11 year old autistic daughter. She is a sensory seeker and loves to jump hard. Shes already gone through 3 trampolines. When i saw the base on this one i knew it would be right for her. No weak legs that can fold mid jump. It was tough to get the base togehter but with another person its easier. Its so well made. I was only able to attach one handle because the locking pin that holds the handle bars together was missing on one side but my daughter is doing just fine with only one. I also love the thick padding that covers the springs. I imagine this trampoline will last for years for my wild jumper. Well worth the price.

Handle bars
The handles on this trampoline are not sturdy. As they have already broke and fell off.
