What kind of jade is this?

On the box it just says 'natural jade'. It appears to be carved from pieces of real jade, not a pulverized/re-formed jade-like product, if that's what you were wondering. It's very lovely to look at and handle, and feels wonderful on your face. I keep mine in the fridge. Hope that helps.

When do you use these, you dont use them all at oce do you??

I use them to help my tendentious. I also use the rough roller on my face to help restore collagen. I do not know what OCE is?

Do i freeze the Gua Sha as well?

I don’t think is necessaire to freeze that!
