Always Discreet Ultimate Day Pads+

These are really good kind and helpful pads....have always found "Always" to be top quality, and these excel... soft, comfortable, and very proficient in absorbency. So many pads never quite tick all the necessaries, these ticked all. Very impressed. Admittedly for me, they were a bit pricey for my budget, but I have to admit, you do get what you pay for, and these proved their worth for reliability and trust. The design and concept is excellent, the shape look and feel is reassuring and comforting, and in use, you can trust without worrying...for me that means alot! Very fast delivery and I can very highly recommend to all.

Have tried several other pads of varying prices in an effort to save money but have always (no pun intended!) come back to these as they are comfortable and do the job as advertised and intended! Even Tena do not compare and they can be even more expensive. Although they are supposed to be for 'night' use the length, width and absorbency of this particular pad is perfect for me at all times, it's not thick or bulky and I have confidence while wearing one that no matter how long it takes me to get to the loo things will be fine!

THIN, COMFORTABLE. ABSORBS WELL and FAST. HOLDS MODERATE AMOUNT LIQUID THAN MIGHT EXPECT AND DEFINITELY NOT FOR MORE THAN ONE LEAK. AND WILL NEED TO CHANGE AFTER EACH MODERATE LEAK ESPECIALLY IF OUT SOCIALLY. WILL USE MORE PADS THAN USUAL DAILY. BE AN IDEA TO TAKE SPARES WHEN GOING OUT TO AVOID, THESE SHOULD BE EASY TO CARRY AS PADS ARE VERY SMALL AND INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED. Suggestions??? WOULD BE PERFECT IF WAS AT LEAST 1 - 1.5 CM WIDER AT CRUCIAL PART UNDERNEATH SO CAN BE USED AS INCO. PANTS LINER . IF PADS ARE LITTLE BIT WIDER AS SUGGESTED SHOULD NOT CAUSE BULK AT EITHER END OF THE PAD, WILL STILL BE REASONABLY COMFORTABLE AND NOT SHOW WHEN WORN UNDER CLOSE FITTING GARMENTS. THE PADS ARE VERY EASY TO DISPOSE OF IF PERHAPS YOU ALSO CARRY A COUPLE OF THE TINY EXTREMELY THIN "NAPPY" DISPOSAL BAGS SOLD CHEAPLY IN PACKS OF MAYBE 50 IN SUPERMARKETS. ANOTHER THOUGHT THAT OCCURS TO ME IS THAT A LOT OF TIME IS SAVED IF ONLY HAVE TO CHANGE ONE THIN VERY SECURE PAD INSTEAD OF WHOLE BULKY INCO. PANTS ON VISITS TO ADULT GIRLS/BOYS ROOM AS PANTS CAN BE A SAFETY NET. THE PAD WILL STICK SECURELY TO THE PANTS AND IF CAREFULLY REMOVED WHEN CHANGING SHOULD NOT COMPLETELY DESTROY THE CROTCH OF THE INCO PANTS. ***ALSO REMEMBER NOT TO IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FLUSH THE PADS DOWN THE TOILET*** I WILL CONTINUE TO BUY THIS PRODUCT BOTH IN THE BRANDED PANTS AND PADS . I APPRECIATE EVERYONE AS INDIVIDUALS HAVE DIFFERENT CIRCUMSTANCES AND NEEDS. I AM NOT SUGGESTING THAT AT TIMES THICKER PADS ARE NOT ABSOLUTELY NEEDED, SUCH AS AT BEDTIME AND GENERALLY DURING THE DAY. MY SUGGESTION IS TO HOPEFULLY HELP SOME TO STILL BE ABLE TO GO OUT SOCIALLY, PERHAPS WEARING NICE CLOTHES AND NOT BECOME ISOLATED TOO SOON.

I have recently undergone a medical procedure to correct my bladder prolapse and I find these pads provide ideal protection against occasional light dribbles, and I can recommend them for this. They are also very comfortable to wear. They would not help heavy urinary incontinence, such as I had prior to my recent medical bladder prolapse correction procedure, however.
