I love it! I want to step up my game and become a BKPM. For me it's a new and creative approach to PM and operations in general. It show you interesting tools and examples to get the job done. It focus on approaching problems and project always looking for value and strategical alignment. It proposes a model where the typical project constraints are NOT set in stone but can change and evolve based on value of the proposal and the relentless search of results. I really like all the examples based on movies. It helps to digest complex concepts about leadership, execution, corporate cultures, goals, strategies. etc.
