Brilliant massager really gets to knots.
A fab massage ball, good hard outer coat and great battery life. Really gets knots out of your shoulder if you lie on it. Great for sore hands too. 3 different settings and works with or without the app. Brilliant.

Most portable option
I was really impressed with the power of the Wave Solo! It’s compact but packs a serious punch, perfect for loosening up tight muscles after a workout. It’s easy to carry around and works great for targeting specific areas.

It's OK but design is poor
I like the idea of this but the problem is that the design is poor. It has one flat side so is no a true sphere, so when using it you inevitably end up rolling to the flat bit. Worse still it is to easy to turn it off or change vibration so you keep having to re-adjust it for basic use. There is a bluetooth feature which is a complete waste of time. What is the point - when you can hold it in your hand anyhow and it has buttons. And all you want to do is turn it on or off or change the level. (That might have made sense if it didn't have buttons on it and would eliminate problem 2 above.) If I were to design this I'd have it split in half with controls on the inside then clip and lock it back together so that it could be a true sphere. Also, now the price is £70 - not worth it.

Great for small, daily massages
I first thought this wouldn't be very useful; I already have a Theragun Prime, which has multiple attachments, and more power levels. But this little ball is great for small, daily massages of my neck and shoulders. I work in front of a computer all day, and it's a good little device to keep on my desk for quick relaxation. I also love hand massages with this; if you've never done them, they relax the entire body. Don't expect to do full-body massages with this device, but for little daily relaxation, it's practical.
