Great even for younger people.
This is a really good product. I'm only 21 years old but I needed something to help me balance out some of the wear my body has been through. This has balanced out my energy, sleep, and concentration, and general health and well being. I only take two a day (half the suggested amount) in the morning first thing at least a half hour before eating anything with at least 8oz. of water as suggested. I also often take them with water before running in the morning (on an empty stomach). I think this might help my body metabolize it better.

Excellent Product!
Excellent Product!! I have arthritis and this help me with my joint pain. Also, this gives me a lot of energy and helps me to be in a good mood. In fact, I had always had problems with my immune system and I got sick easily, but since I've been taking the product, more than two years ago, I have not known what it's like to have a sore throat or flu again.

Great supplement!
I like this product, gives a little extra energy and keep immune system strong. Almost got sick but took some of these heavy for a couple days and felt great again without going into full blown sinus infection! To me, that's really impressive!

Good to Strengthen my Muscle during workout only.
I am taking this everytime before going to workout. 2caps a day and I can lift 77lbs at 61y.o. in the gym. This is good to strengthen my muscles during workout only.
