Update: Apparently I originally received a returned and broken cooler from Amazon. I contacted Brio and they sent me a return label to ship it back and they immediately shipped a new one which is working. Amazon also deleted all reviews I tried to post reflecting negatively on them fyi.Original review: I don't get how but less than 30 days after installation the cold buttons light is constantly on and it's dispensing hot water. If I could give it less than one star I would. The cooler is hot to the touch a extreme fire hazard.

This Brio Moderna Self-Cleaning Touchless Bottleless Water Cooler Dispenser - with 3-Stage Water is the latest in a long line of excellent water dispensing products. I've personally been using their products for years and this version has a lot of new bells and whistles and an especially attractive design that really makes this a must have for any of my hydro homies.Installation and setup is very straightforward and everything arrived very well packed and was in absolutely pristine condition when I got it. The filters on these water dispensers are some of the best I've used, but I will mention that you will have to buy them straight from Brio as I haven't found them anywhere else. But the quality of the filters and how long they last make them a great value at least for me, and it was simple enough to setup a recurring order for these filters so when the time comes that I need to replace them new ones are already on the way.One of the best features is the ability to dispense water as cold or as hot as you want it, which makes it good for a variety of things, but in my house, this is used solely to dispense cold water and boy is it nice and frosty and oh so good.This year's major feature is the touchless sensor to dispense water, and I'll be honest this feels gimmicky overall, and it seems to be like the fad feature to use in a variety of different products lately with results that range from useful, to novelty. This is more towards the novelty end of the spectrum because other than a few insanely niche situations would this be of any use, for the majority of individuals it is just easier to press the button to dispense the water of your choosing and be on your way.Another feature that I've always liked and is improved upon here is the light that makes it easier to see what you're doing at night if you get up and need some water and don't want to flip on all the lights to do so. I was able to see how close I was to filling up without spilling over all but once or twice and that was probably more to do with how tired I was and my brain just trailing off.Overall, this is an excellent way to dispense delicious, filtered water of any temperature in an extremely attractive and easy to use package. 5/5 stars I highly recommend this.

Tips: If you push the white hose inside one of the valves you need to push the small part against to valve and pull back the hose.The water tastes really soft. I really like the taste it is very soft and I enjoy drinking free water. I like the fact that I can get 3 different temperatures of water from this unit hot, room temp, and cold water. Even though the room temperature definitely doesn’t feel like room temperature it is close to cold water.Overall this is a high-quality water filter system that will pay for itself in a short time.

Please don’t waste your money it will at most last 6 months… after it’ll either flood or sound like it mowing the lawn 24/7 when it cools/heats water. There’s other different links with the same item and problems

I have to think these were named and designed before the Moderna vaccine came about and executives made the bad choice to not change the model name. Awful name for what is a refreshing water cooler or warm drinks and soup.The unit is great-looking and sleek. The most sophisticated water cooler of Brio we have had. Our previous models have used bottled water.Mostly fun with the no-touch while completely unnecessary since only the cups ever touch a water cooler with the red or blue levers.You don't really need a plumber but depends on where you are placing it in a lounge and the water access.I'm still not convinced these remove the deadly cancerous chemicals in our water supply tho. We use bottled water for the coffee maker just to feel safer. Besides sediments how can this really remove the water dept chemicals that we receive high-level cancerous warnings from?Please note this water cooler will cost you $110 every 6 months for new filters.

I want to start by saying that install was easy for me. I already have a water line set up for a water dispenser.It makes install very easy. The hardest part of having a filter color like this is running the water line. No actually running a line from your kitchen sink, but find a place to route the line. If you have a overhang on lower cabinets in your kitchen, that makes a perfect place to run your line.The cooler itself is solid. It is heavy and sturdy. The finish of the material is excellent and all the buttons, door, hinges etc are all quality. The water functionality is good with hot and cold (plus room). The unit runs perfectly. The touchless functionality is there if you need it, but we don't use it. I really don't have anything bad to say here. This is a quality upper tier water dispenser. As long as the filters last half a year with our hard water, this is a spectacular product.
