These are a real pain to get in because the ends are so flimsy. My my thumb and index fingers hurt for a whole day afterwards from putting them on two pairs of shoes. My son has had it on his shoes for about a week and the top one keeps slipping out. I thought that the ends that secure these into the holes would have something hard inside the ends to keep them secure, but they do not. They are only rubber throughout so if pulled on with force, they pop out. I was looking for something alternative to shoe laces because my kid has this OCD thing that he must cinch his laces as tightly as the string will let him. Its a battle every morning for him to get ready. I didn't want to go with Lock Laces which I have for my other son because he could still try to make them tighter. Which is what I am trying to prevent. He complains these are "loose" and they aren't. They just seem loose to him because he likes to constrict his feet til near loss of circulation. I thought this would be good, but it doesn't work well for him. If you're just looking for a good way to avoid having to battle with tying shoe laces in the morning Lock Laces work really well. They have a toggle that you can tighten and loosen as needed. Maybe if you have really little kid shoes they would stay in. But for a rough and tumble 10 year old boy, these don't work.

Love these! I got them for my 5 year old so he's not having to tie his shoes at daycare and school so much. I wasn't sure if they would fit well with such small shoes but they do! These are little kids size 13.5 shoes the laces are in. They do take a little work to get them in the lace holes but once they're on that's it so it's worth the extra effort. I take this to mean they'll stay in place well too.

My 8 year old daughter would hate any occasion that she was required to wear tennis shoes, because she hated tying them. I got so sick of nagging her to tie her shoes that I finally decided to give these a try. Two days after ordering them they were at my door, and my daughter was begging me to put them in her shoes. It was very simple to get them in, some hard tugging, and then I started using a pencil to help push it through the hole and they were done in a snap. My daughter put them on and told me instantly that she was in love. I asked if they felt tight enough and she ran around the house and jumped up and down to try them out and declared them perfect. Well worth the money...

My 7 yr. old grandson (and his dad) love these. There is a "no shoes on the carpet" rule at their house so the taking shoes on/off routine is much easier. Note, these only work on shoes with eyelets, not loops, for lacing.

Great product. Very well made. Its a really thick rubber. Definitely would recommend. No more untied shoelaces hassles. The only issue i had was inserting the rubber ends into the holes was hard. A stick or a tool that helps pushed it through the holes should be included. Just an idea

These were difficult to get through the eyelets, but after an about 2 hours with 2 pairs of shoes, I managed to get them all done. My fingers were quite sore, but not dealing with shoes laces for the last week was worth it and the kids seemed pleased too.

I love - love - love these no tie laces. I bought these for my daughter and she absolutely loves them and so do I. My daughter is 8 years old and is always in a hurry out the door. She knows how to tie her own shoes, but this is sooo much quicker and easier for her and for me. I bought the three pack with the white, black, and multi colored ties. They are a great way for her to slip her tennis shoes on and off without having to tie up her laces anymore. They are a little tricky to "install", but once you have "installed" them on the shoes - they work like a charm. They truly are worth every penny.

These are extremely difficult to put in place and make the shoes very hard to put on. I would not buy them again. They actually made the shoes too tight for my son to slip his foot in. I even tried to only use the larger sized laces to give more room but it didnt help. They don't look very nice in the shoes either.
