When I ordered the wall decor I thought it was one big sticker. The stem, branches, leaves, and animals all separate and had to be put up individually. The stickers work. It sticks to the wall. Hard to take off so make sure it’s where you want to put it.

Very happy with this decal! It took me about 2 hours to put up. It came with a squeegee and two pages of instructions. Follow the instructions carefully and take your time! That's the recipe for success. It suggests two people and that definitely would have made application easier but I was able to do this by myself. I only messed up one tiny branch but it's barely noticeable. The squeegee is nice and thick, did not mark up the light gray walls. The transfer tape is very thick and high-quality. I have a Cricut so I have experience working with vinyl, but this is my first wall decal. The leaves were by far the most time-consuming part. I used painters tape to stick the picture from the directions on the wall and worked slowly using the picture as a reference. I had lots of leaves leftover so I filled them in throughout to make my tree a little fuller. I only wish the tree was taller, it's about a foot off the baseboard but the furniture hides it. For reference, we have 9' ceilings and the wall is about 7' wide where it's applied; also, flat paint on untextured walls. This was definitely worth the price and time!

The Good: As you can see, the decal looks absolutely adorable in the nursery. It turned out just like the photos and wrapped so nicely around the crib. The instructions were good and getting it to stick to the walls worked well by following those instructions.The Unexpected: For some reason I expected this decal to be in fewer pieces. As you can see from the photos, it came on several sheets. There are 6 pieces of tree to assemble and align on the wall. Then there are the various birds and butterflies.... and so many leaves! Total installation time took up most of the afternoon (3-4 hours). And we chose not to install the last 100 or so leaves that were available to us. To make the tree work you are instructed to slightly overlap the adjoining pieces--and the overlap will be noticeable if someone goes looking closely. So on one hand--this approach gives you the ability to be creative. You can choose to use birds or butterflies or both. You can choose to have full summer or let leaves drift down like fall. But that flexibility comes at the cost of another 2 hours of your life and could help drive your perfectionist husband over the edge... This is why I only give the decal 4 stars.

This product turned out great! It was evidentially made with quality and wasn’t the headache to install as I was afraid it would be. It was definitely helpful to have an additional pair of hands to make it go smoother. It took us about 2.5 hours from start to finish.

It took a while to install, and I had 1 to 2 helpers for the main piece, but the final product looks great and there are no wrinkles or folds or broken parts.The instructions have one or two sections that are a bit unclear, but we managed to make it through. We had to be really careful when peeling away the backing paper to ensure that the decal stuck to the application film instead of the paper. The instructions also say to have 5mm (1/4") of overlap when joining branches together, but I found that you can get away with much less and it looks better, as long as you don't leave any gap.

My daughter helped me put this on the wall. (Helps to have two people.) Easy installation. Love the final product, looks great!

I absolutely love this tree! I purchased it for my daughter’s nursery and it looks really good against a darker wall. My wall is not smooth, but the adhesive attached pretty well to it. I gave it a 4 star for installation because this is definitely not a one man job. I needed help. But the directions and the process itself made a lot of sense. I am a perfectionist so I wasted the leaf design to be just like the picture I saw on the product page, but the leafs come separate so you can make your own pattern if you want. I really love how everything turned out.

So... this turned out really nice. But... never again lol. I’m sure when this is ready to come down, the wall will have the same impression of the tree pressed into the wall itself. I was pushing SO hard and couldn’t feel my hands for a few days after it just had a hard time sticking to the wall. Very tedious and with OCD, I had to blow up the photo large so I could see where every leaf of either size went I wanted it to match spot-on. It came with extra leaves so I did those random, but overall, once I get some color added in there somewhere, it turned out nice
