Libro muy completo para quienes estén interesados en metodología de investigación aplicada a la actividad física, aborda tanto temas básicos, como otros más avanzados, explicados de manera muy sencilla.

I bought this book because of my research methodology class for my masters degree. I have too many things to complain about this book I don't even know where to begin, I will just share two only because I have to get back to studying:1. Explanations are too complicated to understand, I read a full chapter in one full day and did not understand one thing, I saw a Youtube video where a concept is explained in less than two minutes... Youtube is free by the way.Example: "Null hypothesis-A hypothesis used primarily on the statistical test for the reliability of the results that say that there are no differences among treatments (or no relationship among variables" like huh???? Seriously, they try to explain a concept in words that are difficult to understand to the regular student.2. The authors try to be funny with examples that make even less sense, specially when I am frustrated trying to understand what the not-so-funny part was all about.I am not sure why my teacher asked for this book. If you can, go to Youtube and you will get a much better learning experience than with this book.

Horrible textbook. Does not teach or explain well AT ALL. Avoid if at all possible.

Very helpful during classes
