As an ER nurse...
This pulse ox is perfect for busy days in the ER, especially at triage, fast track, or running hall beds. I just clip it on my pocket. Due to the lack of vital sign machines and the only pulse ox in the ER requiring a tough to remove from the finger sticker this makes getting half of my patients vitals a lot quicker and easier. I love it.

What Arrived Doesn't Match Product Photo
What arrived was a case that doesn't fit the Innovo Deluxe iP900AP Fingertip Pulse Oximeter as reported. With the IP900AP there is a 1.4" gap on the length side and a half-inch gap on the width side.When zipping the case closed it is a bit of a tight fit.
