Works!
Good value for the price.Using this for a bird bath so it has some caveats for this purpose.....It comes with plenty of nozzlesPROS-Lots of options to choose from with the spray tips included.-Easy plug-n-play setup.-works great as long as in DIRECT SUNCONS- even without the extension and with the shortest tip, for my 2" deep, 12" round bird bath it will still spray over the radius. Therefore, I have to keep an eye on it and refill throughout the day so the little motor doesn't burn up from running dry.Tip: since birds like to carry seed with them, I had to add a mesh fabric around the body to prevent tiny seeds and debris from going through the intake. Without it, the smallest particles would make it all the way to the tip, block a hole, and cause the spray to go rogue- not just N S E and West but throw in a random NNW at a 20 degree angle and out of the bowl.I still consider this a good value because it works as stated, just nothing fancy. No lights. No nighttime Bellagio fountain show in the backyard but birds like it.

Sturdy little fountain packs a punch
The media could not be loaded. Made my own fountain from a flowerpot and needed the perfect sized fountain to match. This fountain has multiple spray heads and will also work as a bubbler without one.Great small size and the solar panel is really sensitive. This means that even in slightly overcast weather it will pick up just enough sunlight to put out a few little intermittent water sprays. It will definitely not work in shade or overly cloudy days but I get a little kick at how hard it tries to keep the joy even when the sun isn’t bright. At first I wished the solar panel cord was shorter but I was happy with the length after I ran it under the patio fence and mounted it on the opposite side. There is no mounting hardware so you have to use your own creativity.Great fountain that brought my vision to life! Makes us happy and it works great.

Morning Sun Kills Solar Battery Panel
This device works well at first. However, it may hve battery issues; mine stopped working after I put it in morning sun and I opened the filter side of the pump and that seemed to fix whatever was causing it to not work : Regardless, I was sent a replacement, so great customer service.

So bad it’s funny!
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a small submersible solar pump for a 20 gallon half barrel water feature and chose this, partly because of good reviews. I should have known I’d get what I paid for! I laughed so hard when I saw this thing! It’s TINY! So soooo small. I knew it wasn’t what I wanted but as I was playing with the barrel setup I installed it to see what it would do. It can not be more than 1/2” away from the surface. It will not do more than disturb the surface tension of the water if it’s deeper. The sun must be very bright with no shade or shadows in order to have a spray that shoots 12” high (the small fitting makes a much higher spray if it’s super sunny). Even a bird flying over the solar panel breaks its stride. My video shows a very bright but overcast day, any other solar device would work in that level of brightness. I half-joked about building a Barbie sized spa with it. I have a tall terrarium setup with a glass column in the center that houses a beta. I thought I could use there, it but even with the solar glass touching ultra bright full spectrum UV it did not work indoors. I’m keeping it because we have kids, and it’s a novelty, more like a toy. It works about as well as the little propeller fans you can plug into your phone to get a breeze. Definitely do not recommend this product to actually move any water.

Unfortunately it didn't last long...
I purchased this fountain in October 2024 to put in a solar fountain in my front garden (LOTS of sun). It worked well for about two and a half months, then just stopped. I could get it to work again by unplugging the solar panel then plugging it back in, or shaking the pump, or putting water on the panel, or adjusting the panel's angle to try and get more sun, but that got to be less and less successful. As of now, I can sometimes get it to work for about 2 minutes after fifteen minutes of adjustments. Once it stops, it stops. I've had other pumps that have been going for over a year - this one just doesn't seem to have a long life.

Works great for our makeshift bird bath!
The media could not be loaded. This little pump is absolutely FANTASTIC for the price! The solar power aspect makes it convenient to use almost anywhere. It comes with a bunch of different nozzles but we actually fitted it with a straw to use in our makeshift bird bath and it worked perfectly! There was zero setup, just out of the box and into the water. Sun came out and it started flowing. The only downfall is on cloudy days or in the shade from a tree, it doesn't run consistently so if that is an issue, you may want to consider one that has a battery built in as well. Cannot complain at all for the price though 🐥💦
