Why did you pick this product vs others?: One year old boy loves these building blocks. They are easy for little hands to hold and put together. Building towers and knocking them down is a favorite of this one year old and his two year old brother. 😂

While i much prefer Lego brand blocks for older children, these Mega Bloks that are sized perfect for litte hands are my favorite for toddlers. Our grandson absolutley loves playing with these. He has six bags now and we can play for hours building huge structures and cool monster trucks I like these trendy color bloks alot, adds to the riot of color when we dump all 600 bloks out at once. I have the girly colors, the primary and some older sets as well. Bonus points that they are easy to clean...just put them in zippered mesh bags on top shelf of dishwasher...i dont put them in with dishes though..they ride solo. Because some of the dishwater stays in the bloks room do gives them all a final rinse ina sink full of clean water Hang the bags over tub and rotate and shake a couple of times and you are good to go.

I bought the female version for my daughter 8 years ago. Now we have the male version for my son. He always tried reaching for his big sister's legos and fussed for her not sharing (she doesn't want her lil brother choking on them of course). He loves these and is constantly playing with them. He's been playing with them for about 2 months straight (he's 14 months old right now) and will look for them if they are not with him at all times. I see him being addicted to legos one day...like his big sisters. None of them have cracked or hurt my son. So they are still a quality made toy for young imaginations. He likes to build little swords out of them and play with his big sister. When he's not playing with them...he's sitting on the bag with all of the blocks in it...something new he recently started. haha (So they are definitely durable. He's a big boy for his age..he's already wearing 2T clothes)

I gave the Mega Bloks to my two-year-old granddaughter for Christmas and she loves playing with them every day! The size is perfect for her dexterity at this age. You can see her imagination at work when she plays with them.

The blocks are large and easy for a small child to handle but they don't stay together very well. Some pieces work well but most of the pieces just slide out of each other. Still, they're really fun for a kid to play with.

Bought this for my greatgrandson, during Prime Day, for his 3rd birthday. I wanted a "building" gift for him that his 8 months old cousin could play with also. He was extremely happy with the blocks and started building right away. It was a very good price and free shipping was a bonus. Great product.

We love sitting down every morning and creating a new "garage" for his numerous hot wheels and disney cars. There's enough blocks to make something different and unique every time. He enjoys it and can participate as they're easy to use.
