I use these daily. They are tasteless and odourless in my opinion and I find them easy to swallow. Being vegan I like that they are cost effective. Can't say what benefit they give as it's a vitamin so how do I measure it?! All I know is that they make me feel less tired perhaps

Superb tablets for any one who needs to take multivitamins, they are easy to take with water and do not have an adverse effect on the stomach. The latter statement I assume to be because the tablets are a vegetarian formula. Bought in this pack they are a really good buy, just for the quality of the product.

I haven't read the ingredients, just needed a good all round multivitamin and mineral. The tablets are a good shape, elipical, not round, easier to swallow. What I've noticed, which might be tmi is better poop, darker than with previous supplements, suggesting more iron and vitamin c. Improvementz in 3 days, also my weight has reduced, I feel energised enough, and I'm over 50 so we absorb nutrition less effectively, I believe, do I'd say would work well for everyone. Great price and 6 months supply, so really is a winner

I think these must be doing me some good as I had a fracture and it is almost healed in a short time ( although I do eat healthily too). I initially bought the vitamins because there are days I don't feel like eating much when I have an IBS bout or GERD so I wanted to ensure I am not lacking anything. The pills are easy to swallow and of excellent quality and value for money.

value for money for six months of quality multivitamins only dislike is the size of tablet need to be smaller would recommend for people who need multivitamins at an affordable price.

Okay! So! I honestly couldn’t be happier with this product so far.I quite like taking multivitamins and minerals just to make sure I don’t suddenly feel unwell if I decide not to eat properly for a while. Unfortunately though, many brands overdo it and you can end up with seriously radioactive looking pee. The Pro Co though haven’t overloaded us with this multivitamin and mineral mix, no ridiculously high percentages like 2000% of your daily B12. But! They are one of the only brands I’ve seen that does 14MG of iron in their supplement! Finally! A an all in one supplement for someone who menstruates! With this beautiful dose of iron I no longer have to take an additional iron tablet when building up for my blood donation, I’m just always getting the right amount! It’s great!I would not recommend this supplement for those assigned male at birth or post menopausal people as you guys typically only need about 8MG iron a day! So maybe check with your doctor that you’re not going to be overloading yourself with iron.I’ve not experienced any radioactive pee or any tummy issues while taking this product. Some products I would take every other day due to bloating or overly high percentages but I feel confident to take this one everyday and it’s been smooth sailing so far. :)The tablet size itself is really good, not too large and it won’t get stuck to the roof of your mouth if you take too long to knock it back with some water.

Easy to swallow multivitamins, love the price of these and how many you get in the packet. Great to see a company using vegan ingredients too. Always had a positive experience ordering from the Pro Co, so I can’t wait to get more supplements!
