It a nice work out and easy to use

Make sure you have 4’ around you cleared and make sure you have it put together right.
Someone needs to know that you should have 4’ around you of FREE space or you will take it all down. I did have problems with the weight falling off and hitting my wall, but that could be cause I was going to fast. Not sure.

Great for excercise
I got this to work on my abdominal muscles. I spend arouns 20 to 30 minutes using this. It is very enjoyable and I can tell that I'm getting a great workout in. The colors are also pretty and the design is nice.

The media could not be loaded. It’s very easy to put together. It didn’t take me more than two minutes. It’s easy to use as well. The only thing is that I wish it was easier to take off but it’s not a big problem per se.
