Decent candles, but the "full hassle-free refund" is a lie
I ordered a set of 2 candles to test them out, since there were no reviews yet (though I ultimately wanted 4 total, in red, for a Halloween candelabra). The quality of the candles was more or less fine; they look slightly cheap, but for $10, I guess that's to be expected. The flicker was nice, but the glow had a clear line where the light started, rather than blending more evenly. But they would have been good enough for a Halloween party, which is what I bought them for.Unfortunately, they ran out of the red candles after I bought the first set, so I can't complete the candelabra. I contacted the seller weeks ago asking if they would have more red candles in stock sometime soon, but they haven't responded. So I decided I wanted to return them, as they are of no use to me if I can only get 2 out of the 4 that I need.But when I went to return them, they were going to make me pay $6 for shipping, so I would only receive a $4 refund for the $10 that I spent. Part of the reason that I ordered these candles in the first place, despite their not having any reviews, was because the company said, "If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us for a full hassle-free refund or replacement!" So I'm pretty disappointed that this was a lie.
