Okay, I admit it, I am a nut for health products and try A LOT of stuff. Why? Because I have a lot to do and I dread being tired, run down and lackluster. Not everything works as advertised, but hey, drinking water will be good no matter what, right? So, having read about Hydrogen Water and its benefits & with some healthy skepticism, I bought these tablets. I immediately diverged from the box instructions~I put 3 (not 2) tablets into a 23 ounce Perrier bottle, filled it close to the top, tightened the cap and waited 45 minutes, shook the bottle and drank. Well, at least for the first few days, I was turbo-charged. I also felt more clear-headed, words came easily, remembered obscure names without a problem, my workouts felt much better, etc. WOW. After a week (which has included some extreme early mornings & travel so it's not an average week) the effects were less pronounced, but I'll have to average that over a longer time. So ardent was I about hydrogen water, I also bought a machine within a week. I am still, however, VERY fond of these tablets and use them as well, especially if I have to travel or while working. If you have some doubt as to the efficacy of Hydrogen Water, pour some of it on your potted plants and watch the leaves grow and turn deep green before your eyes. As far as I know, plants are not subject to the placebo effect.

I work in the supplement industry and am not sure what to say about this product. It doesn't taste like much, I used the entire pack and didn't feel any different. It didn't give me the extra boost I needed and was a little hard to use. Description says to let it dissolve in a bottle and drink it within a certain amount of time in 16 oz. If you're not that thirsty, it's a little hard to get it all down within a short amount of time and I didn't always have a bottle around to close it off and drink it right then and there.

Tastes icky but I appreciate having the convenience of the tablets when I don't have my machine. I use once to twice a day, no more. I am not sure but I think these help detox the body?I will find out more and update. I've read a lot on this water and cancer, many clinicians are using this now as a way to help cancer patients.

I heard about hydrogen water on youtube, and hoped it could help me with losing weight. I will never know if this stuff works, because I'm not drinking any more of it. The taste is terrible. I tried it twice, and both times, I couldn't finish the 14oz in 30 minutes like they recommend.

Wow finally true hydration. I used to always feel thirsty, drinking water all the time. After just a couple days drinking hydrogen water I finally feel hydrated for the first time in years! Also reduced some water weight bloat and has eased my headaches. I'm sure many more great benefits to come. Huge fan. Taste does not bug me at all. If you have ever drank good quality mineral water then you will be fine. Life changing product.

This is AWESOME...my blood test were a mess...I ended up in the hospital...after a friend told me about this, I tried it...after 4 days I started to feel better, everyday just kept getting better...I couldn't believe it...the did some of those blood test and all but one was abnormal by 2 points...UNBELIEVEABLE. try it...my Dr. said it wouldn't hurt me to take it. so glad I did. I highly recomend this.

Didn't notice any difference in my health although I used it every day for a month. It does leave a magnesium residue on the glass and a thin layer on the top of your water that you can taste. Didn't like that too much. But overall it was good.

Taking it everyday, but I only take one instead of 2 because they are expensive. But I do think it helps hydrate the body.. and I have read this is good internal protection against EMF effects, and since I work in an IT dept full of wireless devices, I have concerns over EMF's affects. Anyway, I will continue to use this
