So I've been to Morocco twice and have never had any of these dishes. Not saying they don't exist but was very disappointed that most of the classic Moroccan dishes were not in the book that i did experience. Book was nice overall but not very authentic in my opinion

Writing too small

Extremely authentic recipes that are ready to follow. Outstanding!

This is an excellent little book and might interest a beginner. The recipes are gorgeous, with some being not so well known. That suits me fine.
