DERICOR Dog Bed Crate Pad 22"

The dog crate pad arrived this morning. No complaints where delivery is concerned. When I opened the box, the product was folded in four and in plastic with what looks like old yellow tape wrapped around it . There was so much tape , I had to use a scissor to free the pad. When I unfolded the pad, out fell the inside of a bic pen and a used dog rope toy. GROSS!!! The pad smells . This product was used and re-wrapped. I would not buy this product again.

Exactly what I was looking to place in my boxer puppy’s crate. I needed something to place in the bottom of the crate for the dog to lay on and this fit the bill. It’s not too fluffy which is exactly what I was looking for. It’s thick enough that he doesn’t have to lay on the hard crate bottom without taking up too much room. The best part is that if he has an accident in the crate and ruins the pad I won’t have to take out a loan to afford a new one.

I bought SEVEN of these crate pads. Only 3 of the 7 are still moderately in tact. It took less than 24 hours for the dogs that move around a little more in their kennel to rip them open & make them useless. The product seemed to be as advertised, but the quality was not great. I will not be purchasing these again.

I purchased this pad for my 25-30 dog crate. It was a little too big, coming over the sides of the inside crate but our dog seams to like it. It doesn’t take up much room but doesn’t lay flat. The over all dimensions is 30 by 19 and the inside dimensions of my crate is 23 by 16. Upon opening the package a rope toy fell out which my dog quickly picked up and started playing with it. A surprise gift to both of us. The pad washed and dried up beautifully. I like the two sides as the wool side seams to be our puppy’s favorite. When our puppy is not in the crate we take out the pad and lay it in the room we sit in. The puppy likes laying on it in and out of his crate.

I like these pads, but I do not recommend it for a puppy. I went through 2 in just a month. It is machine washable but a fuzzy residue settles on the pad when you wash it. It also is not durable enough for a puppy. Will buy it again when the pup is older.

From the first day I purchased this crate pad and put it in her crate, she's loved it! I now have a kitten who shares time in my pups crate with her and they both love it. If you can't really see the pad, that's the point, because they're both curled up on top of it! My pup used to look at cage time as punishment. Ever since I put the crate pad in there (notice the door is open) she willingly takes naps in her cage without argument! Plus it's easy to wash and has (so far) held it's shape and the padding is still good.

This pad was bought just to test if my 60 lb boxer puppy is mature enough for a nice bed in her crate. It is not very cushiony, but it still gives them padding off of the hard bottom. She hasn't tried to chew it up, but does dig at it to fold it up in the position she wants. This has not affected the integrity of the pad at all. It seems durable.I haven't washed it yet because I keep it covered with a fleece blanket, but it feels like it wouldn't be a problem to throw in the washer.

Probably meant for smaller, older dogs than pup, but got it regardless. Pup showed this was a mistake by destroying at weird hours of night when no one would expect pup to destroy said pad.If you have young, big pups just stick with a towel or cheap blanket until they’re not destructive jerks.
