Q: Is this suitable for dry skin?

Yes. My skin is sensitive and dries easily, and this face wash hasn't made that any worse even during these colder months. I've been using it for several months now and would highly recommend. Still necessary to moisturizer as usual though. :)

Q: How can i ask for more secure and protective shipping package to the seller? i ordered it to south korea and the product came all spilled

I do not think it is possible. They should give you the money back and you might try again to see if it was a only once incident or if it is permanent
