FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE (PS5)

If you get it new, the DLC code don't work. Either change your system to a resident in the UK or just forget about the Yuffe DLC entirely. Yes entirely. Not even the PS store will let you buy it individually now. I dont care much, however, because to hell if im paying scalpers/resellers their stupid price. The game is great, however, and I didn't think I'd get sucked in so much. Almost reminds me of the Yakuza games in terms of engrossing it can be. I've never played the original so it's all fresh to me.

Like many other people have complained. This is not a proper version for US. It is not labeled as such.The intergrade code, the whole purpose of this version, does not work, the DLC does not work.So I finished the game and now I’m playing a proper Rebirth US version, well because I have this lame remake version I cannot get a Leviathan summon in Rebirth which is normally awarded for just having a Remake save file. Why wouldn’t I want a Leviathan summon? I’m an FF nerd playing this game in my 40s, of course I want that?!?Don’t buy this copy even though Tifa still looks stellar. Spend the extra $20 to get a different version to see Yuffie do her thing.I just don’t know how life can go on after this.

Should you buy this? The answer... is yes, it is absolutely worth it. I say this even if you haven't played the base game. The graphic update is worth it's weight in gold.Everything looks smoother, clearer and more detailed. I don't use photo mode in games and forget it's a thing, but I found myself pausing the game and taking pictures.If you haven’t played FF7R yet, I recommend you to try this out. ASAP.

It is a lot cheaper than the price being charged by others. The game works fine and the DLC needs a UK account to redeem. Unfortunately Sony region locks DLC and an account that matches the disc region is needed. Once the DLC is redeemed and downloaded, it can be played on a US account on PS5.I am originally from the UK and found out about the region lock when I tried to redeem DLC that came with a game I bought in the US. Sony doesn't allow region migration either and my UK account is my primary. My US account is used for redeeming DLC that comes with games here and I have never had any issues accessing it on my UK account.

Many of you are like me and wanted to catch a copy of the PS5 version of FFVII remake Intergrade. What were didn’t see was the little orange box in the bottom corner. Mainly because we’re used to buying U.S. region games for so many years so we don’t think twice about it. Now these newest generations of consoles, region specific games are a thing of the past. The disc downloaded, installed and pasted just fine on my American PS5. However, the DLC is coded for PAL region so it will not work. If it’s that bad, go buy a used physical American copy at close to $150 AND STILL PAY THE $20 for the DLC. You choose. Meanwhile I’ll pay the extra bit for the DLC and enjoy my game.

I got it today, did my research and got the dlc to work, all you have to do is create a 2nd account on the ps5 but make it in the UK region, don't even have to use it. After that open the 2nd account on the console, input the code and the dlc works on all the profiles under the same system, don't believe those people that say that the dlc doesn't work, I guarantee it does. Uploaded the pics showing it works...Great buy, avoided those scalpers selling the US version so expensive. Before you put a bad review do your research like me, everything works fine...

It should not be allowed to sell this item in the US market because it was actually a UK version of the game. I bought this for the Intergrade DLC which must be redeemed with a voucher code found inside the disc cover. Sony apparently restricted their codes to certain regions, which cannot be redeemed outside of the intended regions.There was no labeling in the description or even on the package itself, indicating this is for the UK market. After discovering the "scammed purchase", I wanted to figure out how to determine if you are buying a UK vs US game. To do this, you looking at the "Video game content rating" on the front of the package, usually the bottom left side. In the UK they use the number system to indicate the age group (7, 12, 16, etc), while US uses letters (E, M, A, etc).After reading other reviews, I found out that you can make this work by creating a UK account and then downloading the game, then switch your account back. Didn't try it myself. Even still, that's a hassle I should not have to go through.After additional research, I found out I should have just open my original game from within the Playstation and looked up this DLC through the Playstation store. It was half the price sold for on Amazon.

The game is awesome and I’m currently having a blast, it is region locked, just create a UK account, redeem the DLC code and after all data is downloaded and copied you can switch to your USA account and game and DLC will continue to work.
